¡Hola queridos amigos! Espero que estén muy bien y que su día esté marchando de maravilla, en esta oportunidad me uno a la iniciativa de la hiver @miriannalis la cual nos plantea un tema muy importante llamado "Alegría de vivir" y es que si deseamos tener una vida plena es importante encontrar esa chispa, eso que te hace despertar todas las mañanas y te impulsa a ser mejor, hay muchas cosas que nos pueden ayudar a encontrar alegría como lo es el enfocarse en el ahora, el presente, dejando atrás el pasado donde pertenece, no pensando en el futuro el cual es totalmente incierto, sino vivir el día a día, disfrutar y amarlo, también lo es el ser agradecido por absolutamente todo, sí, hasta lo malo, por qué lo "malo" no es más que un aprendizaje más para crecer como personas, por último debo mencionar el hecho de rodearse de personas positivas, que siempre ríen, ven el lado bueno de las circunstancias y jamás se dan por vencido!.

Antes de comenzar mi participación me gustaría invitar a @bluevibes y @alizmarpaola para que se unan también ❤️.

La alegria de vivir para mi es tener la capacidad de sentir plenitud y gratitud de forma constante, es encontrar en el dia a dia cuelquier cosa que genere mas de ese sentimiento, tambien lo es el tener un buen o mal dia y aun asi mantener una vibra positiva muy en alto, entender que los momentos malos de la vida tambien traen consigo cosas positivas, crecimiento personal y espiritual.

Ciertamente todos vivimos la alegría de vivir de distintas formas, en mi caso la genera todo lo que amo hacer en el día a día, aunque es muy trabajoso para mí atender mi hogar, trabajar y hacer ejercicio, disfruto siempre de cada parte del proceso,  disfruto mucho de poner todo en orden en mi hogar, de limpiar, también amo regar mis plantas y hablarles, me gusta hacer ejercicio y sentir que estoy cuidando de mi cuerpo, claro esto va de la mano con una buena alimentación lo cual disfruto aún más, me encanta cocinar con muchos vegetales, el salir a caminar un poco y gozar del hermoso cielo lleno de nubes o el hecho de tener una conversación muy buena con mi grupo de amigas las cuales siempre saben como hacerme sonreír, considero que la alegría está en disfrutar de todo lo que sueles hacer en tu día a día, una vez logras eso eres una persona más optimista, más feliz, más alegre, con energía para seguir creciendo y realizando más actividades.

Certainly, we all fels the joy of living in different ways, in my case it is generated by everything I love to do on a daily basis, although it is very laborious for me to take care of my home, work, and exercise, I always enjoy every part of the process, I enjoy putting everything in order in my home, cleaning, I also love watering my plants and talking to them, I like to exercise and feel that I am taking care of my body, of course, this goes hand in hand with a good diet which I enjoy even more, I love cooking with lots of vegetables, going for a walk and enjoying the beautiful sky full of clouds or having a good conversation with my group of friends who always know how to make me smile, I believe that joy is in enjoying everything you usually do in your day to day, once you achieve that you are a more optimistic person, happier, more cheerful, with energy to continue growing and doing more activities.

<h5>✨ ¿Qué te hace sentir alegre?</h5>

Creo que mencione algunas de ellas en la pregunta anterior pero hay cosas más importantes que realmente generan una alegría y felicidad inmensa en mí, como lo es salir de aventuras, me di cuenta de que el visitar y conocer nuevos lugares me hace sentir una mujer plena, también lo es el tomar fotografías de dichos lugares o todo lo que me parezca hermoso a la vista, me hace feliz querer, amar y cuidar a mi gatita (también a los gatos callejeros que suelo alimentar), amo brindar mi apoyo y cariño a mis amigas cuando lo necesitan por qué ellas me brindan lo mismo y eso es muy satisfactorio, es un cariño recíproco, me encanta oír música diariamente, cantar y bailar mientras hago los quehaceres o mientras me voy caminando al gym, me hace feliz ver como mis plantas van creciendo y fortaleciéndose, por último debo mencionar que me hace feliz ir logrando pequeñas metas porque cualquier logro merece ser valorado y celebrado!.

I think I mentioned some of them in the previous question but there are more important things that generate immense joy and happiness in me, such as going on adventures, I realized that visiting and knowing new places makes me feel like a full woman, so does taking pictures of those places or everything that seems beautiful to me, it makes me happy to love, love and care for my kitty (also the stray cats that I usually feed), I love to give my support and love to my friends when they need it because they give me the same and that is very satisfying, it is a reciprocal love, I love to listen to music daily, sing and dance while I do the chores or while I walk to the gym, it makes me happy to see how my plants are growing and getting stronger, finally I should mention that it makes me happy to be achieving small goals because any achievement deserves to be valued and celebrated!
