Hola Hivers! Espero que se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy, caí en cuenta que no realice este paso del blogging challenge anterior donde nos piden que creemos un mini diccionario de palabras o frases típicas de tu pais, en mi caso es Venezuela y tiene muchas frases las cuales debo explicar de la manera mas clara posible esto será divertido jajajaja

Bueno voy a mencionar las que considero mas usadas por todos ya que existen algunas que se usan mas que todo en partes especificas de mi pais:

- Cuidado te atropella un carrito de helado: Se usa cuando una persona es muy avispada o quiere pasarse de inteligente pero no lo logra por que alguien se da cuenta de eso. Por ejemplo:

Alguien que llego de ultimo intenta pasar de primero y no esperar como los demás es cuando se le dice " Cuidado te atropella un carrito de helado "

- Mamar gallo: Es prácticamente hacerle bromas a alguien entonces cuando esa persona se da cuenta dice " Me estas mamando gallo verdad? "

- Echarle pichón: Es esforzarse, mayormente lo utilizamos para referirnos a alguien que trabaja duro en algo, es como un elogio hacia esa persona. Por ejemplo: Alguien ve que un señor tiene una semana entera reparando su carro día y noche entonces se dice: " Ese señor le esta echando pichón a ese carro "

Well, I am going to mention the ones I consider to be the most used by everyone, as there are some that are used more than anything else in specific parts of my country:

- Watch out, you're getting run over by an ice cream cart: This is used when a person is very clever or wants to be clever but doesn't succeed because someone notices it. For example:

Someone who came in last tries to get through first and not wait like everyone else is when you say "Watch out, you're getting run over by an ice cream cart".

- Echarle pichón: It is to make an effort, mostly we use it to refer to someone who works hard at something, it is like a compliment to that person. For example: Someone sees that a man has spent a whole week repairing his car day and night, so we say: " Ese señor le esta echando pichón a ese carro".

- Si luis: Este nombre " Luis " es uno de los mas comunes en mi pais, esta frase es utilizada sarcásticamente cuando no le crees a alguien. Por ejemplo: 

" Juan préstame plata que yo te la regreso la semana que viene "

Respuesta de Juan: " Si luis.... "

- Echar los perros: Es coquetear con alguien. Por ejemplo cuando vemos a alguien coquetearle a otra persona decimos: " Le están echando los perros "

- Que ladilla: Esta frase la utilizamos cuando algo es fastidioso o alguien es muy pesado. Por ejemplo: " María es muy ladilla "

- No juega carrito: La utilizamos para referirnos a una persona que es muy activa, inteligente pero que utiliza esa inteligencia para su beneficio. Por ejemplo: "Ella se graduó rápido por que no juega carrito "

- Si luis: This name "Luis" is one of the most common in my country, this phrase is used sarcastically when you don't believe someone. For example: 

"Juan, lend me some money and I'll pay you back next week".

Answer from Juan: " Si luis.... "

- Echar los perros: Is to flirt with someone. For example, when we see someone flirting with another person we say: "Le están echando los perros".

- Que ladilla: We use this phrase when something is annoying or someone is very annoying. For example: "Maria is a ladilla".

- Doesn't play trolley: We use it to refer to a person who is very active, intelligent but who uses that intelligence for their own benefit. For example: "She graduated quickly because she doesn't play trolley".
