Hola Hivers! Espero que se encuentren de maravilla y que su día haya sido muy productivo, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios, una vez mas me uno a este concurso semanal de esta hermosa comunidad dedicada a mujeres fuertes, guerreras, emprendedoras y con mucho que demostrar aquí en Hive, en esta ocasión respondiendo a las preguntas de: ¿Qué es lo más importante que llevas SIEMPRE contigo y por qué? y ¿Eres una persona líder o seguidora, y por qué crees que es así?, antes de comenzar mi participación me gustaría invitar a @dimeshana y @ileart a que se unan también!

Mi pequeño bolso negro impermeable es mi compañero fiel del día a día, en el tengo las cosas mas importantes como mi cedula de identidad, teléfono, toallas sanitarias, pastillas para el dolor por si ocurre algo, un peine para mi cabello, cola para cabello, un pequeño perfume, mis auriculares para escuchar música mientras espero en algún lado, anti bacterial, algo de maquillaje básico para retocarme si es necesario, es como llevar conmigo mi hogar solo que en un pequeño y cómodo bolso, intente acostumbrarme a las carteras por que son muy elegantes y se ven bonitas en las mujeres pero para mi los bolsos pequeños son lo máximo!

Esta pregunta me dejo muy pensativa ya que hace unos meses en mi iglesia realice un curso de liderazgo donde me enseñaron a ganar personas, saber dialogar con ellas y como mantener esa posición de líder siempre, así que se muy bien como es ser un líder pero también he sido seguidora lo cual no esta tan mal ya que cuando somos seguidores vamos aprendiendo poco a poco hasta poder lograr ser lideres, yo no me considero ni lo uno ni lo otro, creo que estoy en un punto intermedio donde a veces soy seguidora para adquirir sabiduría y otras soy líder para poder ayudar a otros a tomar su propio liderazgo!

This question left me very thoughtful because a few months ago in my church I took a leadership course where they taught me how to win people, how to dialogue with them and how to maintain that leadership position always, so I know very well how it is to be a leader but I have also been a follower which is not so bad because when we are followers we learn little by little until we can become leaders, I do not consider myself either one or the other, I think I am in an intermediate point where sometimes I am a follower to acquire wisdom and sometimes I am a leader to help others to take their own leadership!

Thank you for that post @sugarelys, 

I think everyone could use a little black bag. It provides you with everything you need, like a companion that comes with you when you are out and about. Nothing beats feeling safe, because you are prepared. In a similar boat, except I put my sanitizer on my keychain for easy reach. I think that a major part of being a good leader also comes from being a good follower, and in that regard, you've appeared to nail both!
