The saying that we will never know what the future holds has continued to play out in many circumstances, especially in the areas of our journey in lives. This is still in connection as no one knows tomorrow that our elders taught us as we were growing.

When I was about to choose my course of study 📚 for higher learning, I went on to choose to study Business Administration, believing its an area of learning or study that is versatile with diversification. By this I mean Business Administration is a course that has many branches of carrying out businesses like Marketing, Purchasing, Sales in all areas, Administrative Work if you decide to open an office of your own, then Clerical Duties for those who may wish to open up a Business Center. All these are what Business Administration involves.

But then studying and learning of any course has never been easy since one had to go through all the branches of this one course study but that is what makes learning in life very difficult especially if you never know what you are going to meet along the line. And one thing being the practical part of this job since as a student 👩‍🎓 of Business Administration you must definitely has interest in one area of this learning to avoid yourself from being Jack of Trades.

And when I finished studying this very course with so much expectations, hoping to align myself in one area of the study which gave me the opportunity to work as a Customer Relation’s Representative for few years because I felt even while working that I was not utilizing my full potential which made me had a rethink.

The Realtor/Property Field.

Although this very area of learning is one that fails under property and business management but still connects to business administration due to how it involves some business ideas like buying and selling of properties, lands and the renting/leasing areas that appears to be the easier area of this course.

I decided to take a course in property management thinking 💭 its a learning with ease because seeing some of my friends in the job looks amazing, and with the saying that what ever a man can do, women can also do it. But when I started this course I could not believe how broad the areas involved are. I began to see things I never expected, like in the areas of measurements of lands by square meters, property angling, how rooms are aligned and the structural standards of buildings.

Why all these I asked when what I just needed is just to know how to manage a building. But its not what it is because every thing in life has some rooted origins. The things we see in the surface area of life is not how we get to see them if we go deep into them. What then should I do?

This course has been registered for with payment made. And must run for six months. I began to ask myself some questions I could not find answers. But these are unforeseen circumstances of life. These are the future we do not know of and the tomorrows we can’t see. I was stocked with this new decision to learn to improve on life.

And then I loosened up. Started looking for how to maneuver every hard areas in this learning as time went by because am already in it. And honestly speaking it was never easy. My friends kept encouraging me through the course until to the end. And as a mother with family, you can imagine how hard it was. Who ever told you life is easy is about to deceive you.

However, I can say that today, am very happy 😃 to have gone through this learning . Because today my labor of going back to learn and study how property businesses works is an added knowledge and advantage to my existence as a human and its paying off little by little, as nothing in life comes easy. I have also used this area of specialty to help many of the clients that comes my way as a Realtor and hoping things improve in the future.

In conclusion, we need to see life as one that involves give and take. We must give before we receive which is supposed to be the right equation.
