Just two tricks to keep yourself healthy this summer. Cleanplanet - 7/5/2025

Naturally, the heat increases during the summer and during this time many people get sick from the heat and some sweat a lot.Due to the excess heat, many people suffer from heat stroke and dehydration.

Those whose bodies sweat excessively during the summer months are the most uncomfortable.Because excessive sweating while working is an annoying thing.However there are two strategies to reduce excessive sweating and heat.

Research and experience have shown that those who lead the most sedentary lives sweat the most, while those who engage in physical labor or exercise sweat the least.And those who drink less water suffer from various health problems during the hot season.Drinking less water is harm.

Let's talk about two strategies.If you do physical exercise every morning, your body cells will become strong.You will only sweat during morning exercise, then you will be fresh and sweat less during the rest of the day.Daily morning physical exercise will make you happy and you will feel healthy.So pay attention to this.

Look at me, I try to walk every morning because I know this habit will make me healthy.Walking every morning will make our body strong and we will be free from other diseases including diabetes in the future.Different people can do different types of physical exercise every morning.Like I walk every morning.I try to walk for at least 30 minutes every morning.

The second thing is that you need to drink plenty of water to keep your body healthy during the summer.There is no alternative to drinking water during the summer because drinking less water during this time will mean you will face health problems.If you drink less water in the summer, you will suffer from dehydration.If you drink less water during this time, your body will become weak.So I would advise you to drink more water during summer.

Lastly you must stay clean because there is no substitute for cleanliness for a healthy life.You must clean your surroundings and clean the environment.You can try to remove the polluted garbage from nature and environment while walking.I always try to clean the environment, nature, and public places.Today I cleaned the garbage on both sides of the road.The pictures below show my cleaning activities today.
