Second part of my MODEL SHOOTING at the beach. Swimming and having fun!

<p>Sand and Sea, Ocean and Earth. Shooting a wonderful sunny day at the beach in the South of Tenerife.</p>
<h1>The best make-up a girl can wear is her smile&nbsp;</h1>
<p>Nowadays young growing up ladies find themselves under a lot of pressure. Thanks to social media it´s a daily habit to compare oneself with others. Who is the most beautiful, skinny, successful or loved one? Model casting shows teach us that we have to look like a skeleton to fit with modern standard. Eating is for the weak, who don´t have sufficient power and will. Furthermore signs of age are absolutely unacceptable. No wrinkles and no orange peel skin, please! Be perfect, or you´re out.&nbsp;</p>
<p>A lot of young women hide their personality behind thick layers of make-up, starve until they collapse trying to fit into some pattern they consider admirable - or better said: society teaches them to find admirable.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In my opinion these trends are obnoxious. <strong>Girls have to be healthy not hungry! </strong>Or does anyone of the boys out there really wanna go out with some skin and bones? I haven´t met one who does so far :-)</p>
<p>When people fall in love with each other they get attracted by imperfections, not by perfections. What we really adore are a million small things the other person isn´t even aware of. These individual characteristics make a person special (for us). There is nothing more beautiful than a wrinkled smiling face.&nbsp;</p>
<h1>The beauty and power of the water - the color blue&nbsp;</h1>

<p><strong>The color blue is symbol for harmony, contentment, peace and infinity.</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The color blue helps us to relax and forget about stress. Our body calms down, the heart beats slower and muscle cramps can disappear. Blue transmits energy which we need to recover and feel good. That´s why I spend most of my time at the beach :-)&nbsp;</p>
<h1>The shooting - fun day at the beach&nbsp;</h1>
<p>My photographer (www.hectorcruz.es) took me to one of the most beautiful beaches in the South of Tenerife. I love the coloring out there: the dark volcanic sand, the dark blue Ocean and the incredible powerful light. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Walk-in... I love this surfboard (6.0 for the surfers amoung you :-)). It´s been a gift from a friend of mine who moved to the United States some time ago. He couldn´t take the board with him and asked me to take care of it. I will keep it until the end of my life, I am convinced it´s the best talisman I could ever have inside the water.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Running!!! We had to do this shot like twenty times until the photographer was happy with my movements. So actually the shooting was even more exhausting than a real surf session :-)&nbsp;</p>

<p>One of my favourite ones... Everybody who surfs knows this magic moment when you enter the water with the board under your arm, noticing these icecold currents touching your legs, thinking about how the session might be, if you´ll catch some nice waves and how they´ll gonna make you feel. I totally love these seconds!</p>

<p>Paddling towards the next wave... This is also one of my favourits, since the movement seams absolutely natural and I also like the reflections on the water surface. The look on my face is 100% concentration, analysing the approaching wave and its behaviour, preparing myself for the attack. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Paddling towards the next wave looking into the sun which was already getting down, a very peaceful moment.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Just me and the water. Surfing is patience and consistency, so most of the time you are sitting on your board and waiting. I enjoy these moments, cause I feel absolutely free.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Maybe this one is the best picture of all, since it was taken when the shooting was already finished. I just wanted to catch one last wave and get back to the beach - and the photographer got me: happy as hell! :-)</p>
<h1>The importance of quality time&nbsp;</h1>

<p>My second home... Picking up my stuff at the surfing school after the session and saying goodbye until the next one! :-)</p>

<h3>The beach is my favourite place to be, and I am happy to share some of these relaxing, entertaining and natural moments with you. We all have our business to do, work, earn some money, pay the bills... But in the end we have to find a balance. Although there may be a lot of to do´s we cannot skip, we have to find moments when we don´t have to comply with anything. It´s called: quality time. <br>
