<p>I understand <strong>"steemit INC"</strong> well now, more than ever before, when it comes to their application of a manual verification during sign-ups and i understand even better, why the process may be slow. Signing-up to steemit, now constitute a thing of joy, more than ever before and many people are trying to sign up.</p>
<p>Among, the few accounts that have sign-up by my help recently, some did indeed have "tears of joy". These steemians have been wanting to sign-up for and have tried the conventional <a href="https://signup.steemit.com/"><strong>"steemit sign-up"</strong></a> and were so happy to eventually get their accounts ready.&nbsp;</p>
<blockquote>The tone of their joys is also evident in their eventual introductory posts.</blockquote>
<p>In the case of "steemit INC", the sign-up process involves <strong>"a responsibility"</strong> and it is a huge one.</p>
<p>Apart from the SP involved during delegation, that allocates start-up bandwidth to users allowing them to interact with the steem blockchain with convenience, there is also "namespace", which according to me even, is important <strong>"not to put to waste"</strong> e.g a reputable brand may want to join steemit with their brand name as username and may not find this name available because it may have been created by someone not involved with them etc</p>
<p>In general, i am sure there is "responsibility" involved as i do feel "a responsibility" as well, since i have started helping more massively with "steemit account opening".&nbsp;</p>
<p>I do want to help with signing up <strong>existing entities</strong> especially, and those who are likely to add value to the steem blockchain.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Among other things, i am just a user and i have limited resources in terms of start-up delegation and i would prefer to help existing verifiable entities to sign up, especially, those who have already tried the conventional sign up method for months or weeks. I also want to favor those who are willing to powerup their first series of earnings to be instill into the culture of powering-up from the onset and so that they can generate their very own SP, so as to have enough bandwidth to comment, vote, post etc more conveniently.</p>

<p><a href="https://steeminvite.com/"><strong>Steeminvite</strong></a> was quite easier for me. I simply sent the invite and have invitees do the process of signing up. I didn't have responsibilities for their passwords etc.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I simply had to verify people who visited me by means of an entire chat session, where i also had to educate them on the need to <strong>"power-up"</strong> their first series of earning to attain their first allotment of bandwidth and the need to do a<strong> top-notch introductory post</strong> that appeals to curators and give curators more freedom to vote.&nbsp;</p>

<h1>I will carry on</h1>
<p>Thus, i have considered a tweak to the terms and method used, which will just cost me more effort and responsibility but i am embarking on it as it has now become a thing of great joy for prospective sign-ups to get their steemit accounts.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I will be using steemconnect henceforth. All are accounts are opened under the <strong>@steemgigs account</strong> as has been the case.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The only difference is now is, <strong>"more work"</strong> on my part as i will also now need to make sure to send an email to each new steemit account holders, with their first sign-in password etc after verifying them in chat sessions or through referrals etc</p>
<blockquote>This process is slower for me, as i have to do it one by one and be careful to make sure i send out the right login details to the right emails</blockquote>
<p>I don't like wasting namespace either. Thus, i have to be extra careful as well during the account creation process.</p>
<p>If you are interested in this method, you will have to agree to "allowing me have your first password", which will be sent to you via email but which "you will have to change" once you are logged in on steemit.&nbsp;</p>

I do have friends too that wanted to join steemit but I let them join through the natural sign up process.
I may not be able to help them to create in giving them 6 steem to fully function because others stop posting steemit when they earn less, I can't blame them if they can't earn huge earning because me too didn't, but I keep on urging them to keep posting even earning less,

still, little by little those who are really into steemit will survive in hard times, those who expect to become rich will stop steemit ended frustration even I tell them to keep on goin and learn

This is really great Sir, many thanks to you on this one. Being helpful to new users signup is something commendable. New users lately hardly get email verification links and even when they do, it takes decades to get login details. I have two intending newbies that i helped signup using the normal steemit signup protocol and its over 5days now yet no user login details has been sent to them. Its quit a very important problem and thanks for this quick, easier solution that you are offering @surpassinggoogle. I have steemgigs already upvoted as witness and i guess i have to input @surpassinggoogle into the proxy to vote other witnesses for me to.

I totally agree with you signing up is becoming harder and I must commend you for this initiative, the Steem ecosystem is lucky to have you and I do hope other community leaders will take a cue from this. Hi Sir Terry @surpassinggoogle, My friend have tried creating an account for almost a month and still no verification, I also try to make an account for him through steeminvite, however I was a very stupid person that I misspelled his gmail account. I only have 25 SP and can't afford to request for another one as it requires a minimum of 14.5 SP. I am hoping that you can help him later, its just that he is offline (seems to be sleeping Hahahaha). That is also the reason why I can't show some screenshots of his email send by steemit, I just want to ask you if you could allow him to send an email to steemgigscom@gmail.com for his request??

It is even more than three to four days now. I tried to open an account for a friend and I was expecting it for more than a 6 days until I decided to open it through blocktrade. There are thousands of people trying to open an account on steemit now. So it is making it get worse to open an account.

This will be so helpful I have friends and close family that want to join in steem but I think its been a month but their accounts havent been approved yet :( Afte verification the account would say to wait and you can be one of the newest members but after a week the confirmation would become inactive and they will make another account to make it active again :(

Recently, many of my friends have been complaining to me the problems they are facing in opening accounts using the steemit.com/signup.. Thanks to you, I have good news to tell them now.. 

Now adays, many people are opening accounts on steemit due to its rapid growth, thanks to the steemians who are preaching about it. But some new steemians are also abandoning their account due to lack of patience(I have a friend who did that) and some due to the bandwidth issue, that thing is frustrating ..

one of my friend asked me a few days ago that i have not yet got the verification or approval  email and he has made his account 1 week ago .
now a days making steemit account is a bit difficult because it want some more information i think its because they want to protect the steemit family from spammers and wrong people..

I just wrote a post today of the pending posts not yet approved in Uganda.I can now see the namespace issue.

I wanted a clear response like this one from a reputable steemian so that i can explain to our Uganda comunity.

You are right friend @surassinggoogle Verification manual taking time to make account now a days, my account make in two days, I think people should wait to approval accounts. 
When I made new account after I was some time face continuous bandwidth issues, but now I increase some Steem Power, now I've not face. ThankyOu so much @surpassinggoogle for this great initiative I hope its work out perfectly.  I'll invite many peoples in my surrounding to join steemit, because its a very interesting platform, and one more best thing your here a very kind person, who gives us lot of informatiOn, and help of this community. I have dozens of people who want to join but can't. Also some of my friends and family members who are facing continuous bandwidth issues.
Recently you started the practice for the newbies through **Steeminvite **. It was indeed a perfect one and I was happy that this method will work and I will refer most of the people from my area to you @surpassinggoogle and they will get registered at steemit. This was awesome option. But unfortunately Steeminvite  is closed for a while. In this regard I read the blog of @pharesim and hopefully this service will resume soon.

I just convince 12 people to join this social media platform and they all suffered from the huge time of approval by steemit community. I think steemit should be quick in approving new members request so that no one feel this difficult and irritating. 

Apart from that, we all are loving this platform once we joined it. It's super UNIQUE platform.

Thank you for taking it upon yourself to see how to offer lasting solutions to this particular problem, I also appreciate efforts made by @pharesim and others to fix this. 

Few days ago, a friend sent invites for two persons to join, one was successful and the other wasn't. They requested for the invitee's account to be completed and approved by the sender of the invite. On receiving email for this, we tried severally to open the link so as to complete the approval process, but all efforts proved abortive. 

I am hopeful using steemconnect 2 as an alternative interface will help fix this challenge, since the first interface has been taken down.

So many people are opening a new account and abandoning it after making an intro post. This costs the platform and creates a lot of problem, so registration takes way longer than before now. I registered for someone too in my Church and we couldn't receive a text notification...plus the rate at which people are registering on the platform is now higher than before. Steemit is growing faster and that is why the awesome @surpassinggoogle is trying to make it easier for people by helping with invite to register.

Bidbots are a bad idea, in general.

They used to be a good investment, but now that there are a lot of people using them (Some of them without any idea about how they actually work) there is literally almost no opportunity to get a positive ROI.

You will almost ALWAYS lose money using them. Very rarely you will break even. And virtually never will make a dime out of them.

The account creation process is manual. This is because Steemit will have to delegate about 14 sp and bandwidth space for each new account. So they try to verify each account before creation and this unfortunately might take long. Mine too 13 days but through steeminvite you could delegate some sp and help get some people instant account creation. That too is down now as explain in the post.

Also, going out of your way to get people on Steemit is highly commendable as well. The issue with signing up new accounts is apparent. I have same issues with new sign ups I introduced Steemit to. 
I saw a video of @ned as of recent where he mentioned that the Steemit team are working on it, especially in the automation of sign ups Andy initial SP delegation.

I understand it when you talk of the joy one has after his/her account sign up has been successful. It's unspeakable joy. Realising that you've finally got approved to start making money that is worth your efforts brings overwhelming happiness. Though after this step there is a lot more to learn about steemit which involves patience and a lot of hard work.
Here in Uganda we are facing a huge challenge; accounts that have been signing up for the last 4 weeks have not been approved.. It's getting frustrating and I think your idea of using delegation will work this issue out faster.

Finally I can  give my friends some good news.. 

Like 6 of them have not yet received any confirmation code. 
If they try signing in again, it will say the phone number and email has already been used. 

Going to 2months now a friend haven't received any code..

But I also have an issue of an account that is yet to be  open. The account proposed name has been verified not to be used by anybody but he approval has not been sent for the past 2weeks plus now and is really disturbing. What can be done in this aspect? Your response will be appreciated..

You go the extra miles to help steemians(new bie, existing steemian, those excited to join this community).

The account creating issues has been really disturbing as so many excited members ready to join steemit been having challenges getting their accounts approved. 

We have this WhatsApp group where we are taught and guided on how steemit works, but some members been complaining of accounts not being approved. 

I have actually been wondering what the problem was🤷🏼‍♀️

I know two people who have been trying for three weeks now to signup without any success. They keep changing e-mail adresses but they seem not to be recording any remarkable success so far. I'll draw their attention to this post. Hopefully they will be able to benefit from this opportunity and become part of this great community at last. The referral by a reputable Steemian migh be quite of an issue to them but I believe that you'd help them anyway....

I introduce steemit on my co-workers but only one got accepted. And my cousins and friends as well were not accepted.  They were waiting and been excited to steemit but sad to say that they are not accepted. This is really a great step to registration process, it will really reduce the complain of several prospective steemians who have not been able to get registered after weeks of attempt.

Just 2 weeks ago i had made more than 5 people sign up, just one has been confirmed but there's a problem of non-matching username. Steemit rejects her log in and says username incorrect. I also made 2 people sign up last week, and for one, the confirmation email(that's the first steemit mail that comes at the same time during sign up) hasn't been sent to her mail till this minute. I know the system is jammed, and i also know a lot that are very desperate to join the steemit train but can't.

Been inactive for few months now and a lot of new updates i do not have ideas about. Trying to read your entire article sir but really confuses me to the bones. Thank you for explaining everything, I think it's good to do manual verification at least we will be free from scammers like those who make their fake id of bots, as I see my friends today get bots from bots which is a scammer of their own that uses bot identity and flagging people for no reason. thank you for sharing this  @surpassinggoogle
