【生活】太平洋珍宝蟹

除了king crab 外，太平洋珍宝蟹应该是蟹里我们最喜欢吃的一种了。之前在西雅图的时候，我们每周都会买两次回来，蒸了吃。太平洋珍宝蟹在那里是新鲜的。每次买都是活的。那鲜美的味道，真是回味无穷。所以这是我们离开西雅图来到东岸后的一个遗憾。

在东岸，难得遇到活的太平洋珍宝蟹。即使有遇到，也都是天价，舍不得买。 某天开始，Costco开始卖熟的太平洋珍宝蟹。只是他们都是被切成两半了。虽然我们也买了几次，但是味道跟新鲜的比还是有差。

某天下班回家到晚餐的时候，某生说你知道今天吃什么嘛？我说什么？不知道。一看，居然是整头的太平洋珍宝蟹。没有切开。

某生说他是从costco 买的。costco 现在居然有卖整只的太平洋珍宝蟹。所以某生一看到就马上买回来试。

整只的味道比起被切开两半来卖的好了很多。也许是因为整只的可以保住里面的汁吧？虽然比起新鲜的还是有差一点，但是也不是差很多了。价格比起买新鲜的便宜了好多。所以有这样的口感已经是非常满意了。 

这只蟹的个头比我的一个手掌都还大，里面还有很多汁，肉也非常厚实。淡淡的咸味，真是人间美味呀。某生这选择真是太正确了！
