I hope you are doing great on this beautiful day and that you have enjoyed wonderful activities. </div> --- |<center>Spanish</center>|<center>English</center>| |-|-| <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> En esta ocasión les vengo a enseñar, compartir y comentar acerca de mi rutina de entrenamiento realizada en el día de hoy, la cual estuve realizando en la comodidad de mi hogar gracias a mi equipo de entrenamiento, cumpliendo con mis ejercicios de calistenia y enfocando las fuerzas de jale y de empuje. # Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estuve realizando algunos ejercicios para el fortalecimiento de la Straddle Planche y el Front Lever, además, les voy a redactar un poco más de la introducción hacia la calistenia. Muchos confunden la calistenia pensando que es solo realizar ejercicios básicos como dominadas, fondos y flexiones. Sin embargo, ese es solo el inicio de esta disciplina deportiva, ya que tiene algunas ramas que se enfocan en movimientos dinámicos y movimientos estáticos. En lo personal, me enfoco solo en movimientos estáticos. Y los movimientos dinámicos son aquellas piruetas que realizan los atletas en las barras altas, que practican de manera constante dichos movimientos. Mientras que los estáticos requieren mucho más compromiso y trabajo duro, porque se involucra más la fuerza pura. En mis ejercicios de hoy, ya casi finalizando mi semana de combos, estuve realizando repeticiones de Pull Ups to Touch, repeticiones de Pull Ups de Front Lever, aguantes de Touch, intentos de Straddle Planche con agarre supino, aguantes de Straddle Planche con agarre paralelo e intentos de Front Lever One Arm. Voy a considerar empezar una serie de publicaciones para dar más a conocer lo que es la calistenia y los beneficios que esta disciplina deportiva puede traer, yendo desde lo físico y mental, hasta lo competitivo y reconocimiento. </div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> On this occasion, I'm here to show you, share, and comment on my training routine today, which I did in the comfort of my home thanks to my training equipment, performing my calisthenics exercises and focusing on pulling and pushing strength. # As you can see in my photos, I was doing some exercises to strengthen the Straddle Planche and the Front Lever. I'm also going to tell you a little more about my introduction to calisthenics. Many people confuse calisthenics with the idea that it only involves performing basic exercises like pull-ups, dips, and push-ups. However, that's just the beginning of this sport, as it has several branches that focus on dynamic and static movements. Personally, I focus only on static movements. Dynamic movements are the pirouettes that athletes perform on the high bars, constantly practicing those movements. Static movements require much more commitment and hard work because they involve more pure strength. In my workouts today, as I'm almost finishing my week of combos, I performed repetitions of Pull-Ups to Touch, repetitions of Front Lever Pull-Ups, Touch Holds, attempts of Straddle Planche with a supinated grip, Straddle Planche holds with a parallel grip, and attempts of Front Lever One Arm. Felicidades por ese compromiso que tienes en realizar tus ejercicios, que te ayudarán a fortalecer tu cuerpo. Me encantó que hayas ampliado los conocimientos de la calistenia, en cuanto a los movimientos dinámicos y movimientos estáticos, yo muy poco la practico, lo más que he llamado hacer guindarme en la barra, hacer aguante de fondo, hasta allí llego 😃.
