The desire to expand the scope of block-chain technology to other scenario has led to the exposure of the limitations in the existing block-chain system. Problems such as failure to scale for large-scale performance, lack of capacity to support for diverse business scenarios and the inability to share digital asset among diverse block-chain networks have become a source of serious concern. These issues lie in the consensus algorithm and Value Internet protocols of the block-chain network.

               SEELE 
The vision of seele is to promote the wider application of block-chain and value internet in the real world. To achieve this the seele addresses core issues in the existing block-chain system, issues existing in the consensus algorithms, network infrastructure, and communication protocols. Inherent in its design is the desire to support dynamic expansion of block-chain network structure; to achieve the dynamic planning and adjustment of computing resources and storage capacity for different business requirements. The seele combines neural network consensus algorithm and heterogeneous forest to create a dynamic block-chain that can fit into many scenarios.

           Neural consensus algorithm
An edge of the seele consensus algorithm has over the Hashgraph, Algor and the PoS is, it meets up to the required level of security, scalability, and efficiency. It uses micro-real numbers to amalgamate the advantage and disadvantage of current consensus algorithms. This result in a consensus algorithm with linear scalability i.e. the performance is proportional to the node size. The larger the node size, the better the performance. 
           Heterogeneous forest network
Existing blockchain network, such as the Bitcoin exist on a single chain structure, meaning all transactions take place on a single chain. This not only increases the real time for a transaction to be completed, it also hampers the capacity for meeting the needs for business interaction between multiple platforms.
The seele adopts heterogeneous forest network. It was built to connect the digital and the real world together. The structure allows it to meet up with the needs of different types of complex business in the real world. 
More so, the development permits for the storage of resources, transfer, and transformation of assets on the Value Internet services. 

          SEELE: INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION
Apart from token issuance, financial asset transaction and prediction markets offered by the seele block-chain technology. It banks on its super-distributed cloud computer and  its complete storage system to offer users the following:

          Social platform
Through the live platform, it hopes to build a more interpersonal relationship with users. Users can use this avenue to share creative ideas with the anchors.

         Internet of things
Seele, based on EDA(E-differential agreement) consensus algorithm is a good solution for the IoT (Internet of Things) because of its advantage in the accurate distributed calculation, security, data management, and transparency.

    Enterprise applications

The adoption of the heterogeneous forest chain structure makes it possible to create an application chain for other desired enterprise application.
