Saludo buena Familia de Hive hoy quiero compartir una linda creación, que elabore para el pequeño de la casa que cumplió 9 años de edad, y lo llame dinosaurio porque le encanta los animales y sueña con tener una granja, y en estos tiempos se ha enamorado de los dinosaurio por eso lo llamo así, y elabore una torta de parchita natural, decoradas con dinosaurios de juguetes que le quedarían como su regalos por ser un niño tan inteligente educado y buenos valores, merecedor de buenos regalos pero gracias a su apoyo podemos obsequiarle lo que tanto le gusta, torta y juguetes de dinosaurios.

<center>Para la elaboración y decoración del pastel de parchita se utilizaron los siguientes ingredientes y materiales:</center>

1kl de Azúcar
350g de mantequilla
500g de harina de trigo
8 huevos
2 parchitas
Merengue italiano con 4 huevos 600g de azúcar
1 boquilla #9B
Dinosaurios de plásticos

<center>PREPARACIÓN DEL PASTEL DE PASCHITA</center>

*Primero procesamos la parchita, la picamos y le retiramos el sumo para agregarlo a una licuadora, le agregamos dos cucharada de azúcar, una taza de agua y licuamos, se cuela para separar las semillas del liquido,
*En un bol agregamos 350g de mantequilla, más 400g de azúcar y batimos con la batidora hasta lograr que esponje la mezcla.
*Luego agregamos 250g de ½ taza de jugo de parchita, mezclamos con la batidora en forma envolvente y terminamos de agregar los 250g de harina de trigo y ½ taza de jugo de parchita mezclamos con la paleta.

-Then we add 250g of ½ cup of passion fruit juice, we mix with the mixer in an enveloping way and we finish adding the 250g of wheat flour and ½ cup of passion fruit juice we mix with the paddle.***

*No mezclar a nivel alto para no tumbar lo esponjoso de la mezcla.

*Preparamos el morded de ½Kl de torta, la cubrimos con mantequilla y un poco de harina de trigo, agregamos la mezcla al morded y llevamos al horno por 250g  y cocinamos por 50 minutos.
*Cuando se halla reposado le picamos lo montañoso y la volteamos en la base, yo relleno la orillas para no gastar tanto merengue llenando el espacio y permite que la torta se vea más alta.

*Cubrimos la torta con el merengue blanco, primero los lados y después el centro.

*Coloreamos el merengue con colorante en polvo verde
*Con la boquilla #814, la introducimos a la manga y agregamos merengue verde, decoramos la orilla superior con comas hacia arribas invertidas, primero comienza desde la izquierda a la derecha mide con tres dedos para colocar otra coma desde la derecha hacia la izquierda, y luego haces un unto entre el medio de las dos comas asi lograras un efecto diferente.
*Seguimos con la decoración de la orilla inferior, aplicando puntos presionados hacia al lado izquierdo y bajamos hacia la derecha sin presionar luego subes nuevamente a la izquierda  presionando asi sucesivamente para lograr el resultado presentado.

*Procedemos a completar la decoración dependiendo el motivo que desea, yo coloque  dinosaurios de plásticos y un poco de arboles artificiales para lograr un pequeño paisaje sencillo pero bonito por los hermosos colores de los dinosaurios, y el ambiente natural que representa.
