We buy travel
**Hello everyone!!! Today is Friday, which means we will talk about our purchases on #MarketFriday by @dswigle**! *(see details here: https://ecency.com/hive-196308/@dswigle/curbing-by-design-for-market-friday)*
Today I want to talk about buying travel.

We planned to travel by train for one day to the center of the country and return back.  Our friends told us that we don't need to buy tickets several times when we go there and when we go back.  But you can buy a combined one ticket, which includes both train travel in both directions and travel in public transport. At the same time, you can ride at least all day, the number of trips does not matter.  The price of such a ticket is cheaper than the price of two tickets only for travel by train.  In other words, it is very cost-effective! What is needed for this?  This is a personal personal travel card.

Here it is!  On the reverse side there is my photo, name and surname.  Before the pandemic, these cards already existed, but now we all have it in the country, because without it we would not be able to use public transport.  We used to buy tickets from the bus driver, but this is no longer the case.  To get a combined ticket, we went to the ticket office of the railway station, paid the amount indicated to us.  This amount was put on my card.  At the same time, I indicated which region of the country I was going to - this is the central district.
Further, my task was to attach my card to the same drawing on the apparatus with glass doors so that they open and let me inside the railway station building.

Not a very good photo 😏 Unfortunately, the police who are always present in Israel in the station buildings would not like me taking pictures there - because of the constant terrorist attacks, the police are suspicious of such photography. Therefore, I tried to do it carefully so as not to arouse suspicion.  The doors opened and we went to board our train!

I really like to travel by train.  In this transport I don't get seasick, so I take my crochet with me, as you saw in the photo above.  I look out the window, crochet and enjoy the ride.  Trains in Israel are comfortable, traveling is very pleasant!

Some trains have one floor, some two floors.  I especially enjoy trips to the top floor.  It was a new train - there were screens showing the stops of this train.  Although the previous running line with the announcement of stops still worked and the announcer also announced the stops with his voice.
In Israel, having bought a train ticket, you can travel by train to all parts of the country, get off on the platform wherever you want, transfer to another train, but you can only leave the railway station building in the city where you took the tickets.  We left the train station in Tel Aviv.  To do this, it was necessary to attach the card again to the apparatus with glass doors, which safely let us out.  A very funny picture was on the wall near one escalator 😁

I did not have a third hand to firmly hold on to the handrails 😂  Drivers of some buses must have been racers before, so they ride the bus like a racing car 😁 But I hope you get the idea of ​​how it worked.
In the end, we had a wonderful trip and good savings on travel costs!

Hi @tali72! What a wonderful post about trains and traveling on them - and what a perfect #MarketFriday post. How much did the train cost? Just kidding!!! The thought of buying the train was a little funny though. :) 

The pictures were great and I totally understand what you meant about it not being a good place to take pictures openly. Downtown Washington, DC was that way for a while,  anyone taking pictures was immediately suspected of doing something. You did a great job of being undercover!  The shots of getting on the transport were fine! I loved the commuter picture, the running up the stairs.  :)  Surely looks like them someone is late for work!

In a way, it is good for them to migrate over to the passes. So much less work for them, I think. As long as the learning curve isn't too steep in how to load up your card. They have machines here to do it so you don't have to go to the stations to do it. The lines are always long. 

The train does look like the way to travel! So comfortable and spacious too. Plenty of room to stretch and no feeling of a sardine in a can. This was such a fun post that you created today! Thank you so much for joining #MarketFriday!

you made me laugh, dear! 😂 undercover work!🤣 to buy a train would be just great. 😄 Today I am riding in the first carriage, tomorrow in the second, then in the third, and so on until the end of the train. 🤣🤣🤣 it is sad that in your country, too, photographing in such places will arouse the suspicion of the police. Alas, we live in difficult times. I really like to travel by train in Israel. before that, I traveled too often on the old Ukrainian trains - those trips were not for the faint of heart. I still remember it with horror.🙈😐 I hope they already have new trains there, more comfortable ones.

I hope so too. It certainly didn't sound like it but I'm sure they're newer than the one that you used to ride in.

I can take pictures down of most anything but I want but when we were having a lot of trouble downtown in Washington DC with the elections, the police were keeping everybody away from everything. That's what I meant. The world is getting to be a scary place.

I am glad that you had an opportunity to play car swap with the train. LOL that was such a fun post I got a lot of enjoyment out of it. Thanks again!

Израиль - это восточная страна; одни в восторге, другие в шоке 😁 Я Израиль люблю, несмотря на минусы, которых, как и везде, много. Если ты любишь экзотику, то тебе бы здесь понравилось 😀 Маски у нас отменили везде в конце апреля, кроме поликлиник, больниц и домов престарелых. Но люди сами решают быть в маске или нет, поэтому кто-то в маске, кто-то без (мы в масках). Раньше 90% были в масках: здесь очень послушный народ. Мы заходили только кофе попить, еду я беру с собой из-за моей диеты. Не хочется бегать искать подходящий по меню ресторан; жалко время. Самый знаменитый в Израиле это хумус. Мы его готовим сами и очень любим, это наша каждодневная еда. Следующий за ним - фалафель; из той же серии, но жаренный в масле. Это я не могу уже кушать. Мы его готовили в духовке без масла как-то, но лень возиться. Ещё очень знаменитая здесь - мароканская шакшука. Муж любит; даже научился сам готовить в подогнанном по моей диете варианте. Ещё здесь любят жарить шашлыки и кебабы на огне - вот это я люблю 😀 Есть потрясающие восточные сладости, типа кнафе (я нашла показать тебе: https://vkusnoisrael.com/knafeh_video_recipe), но это я уже давно кушать не могу. Так что в кафе я обычно заказываю мясо на огне (по нашему шашлыки 😀) и кофе. Честно говоря, я совсем не любитель ресторанов. Как говорит мой муж, это все можно приготовить дома вкуснее и дешевле. А где ты была кроме Болгарии?
