THE SECRET OF NUTS: HOW TO EAT THEM TO AVOID HARM AND DANGER

<p><strong>Nuts are gold for our health, they have a lot of useful elements, BUT nobody knows they have </strong><em><strong>hidden danger - harmful substances!</strong></em></p>
<p>To tell you the truth, I didn't know this secret, and I have discovered it only a few days ago, and want to share this knowledge with you!</p>

<p><strong>It turns out they contain substances - natural defense mechanisms that interfere with normal digestion by our body.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Soaking nuts</strong> is a traditional method of deactivating these substances, which will allow us to eat nuts without harm to health.</p>
<p><strong>Why do we need to soak the Nuts?</strong></p>
<p>✔ It turns out that all Nuts, without exception, as well as seeds, seeds, grains and legumes, <strong>have special protective mechanisms.</strong></p>

<p><strong>But handful of almond &nbsp;contains 1300 !!! mg Phytic acid.</strong></p>
<p><strong>2. Inhibitors of digestive enzymes</strong>, which deactivate our digestive enzymes and interfere with the normal digestion of food. This is one of the reasons why most people feel heaviness in the abdomen or pain after eating Nuts.</p>
<p>Soaking deactivates phytic acid and inhibitors of digestive enzymes, as a result of which we can better digest and assimilate Nuts.</p>

<p><strong>✔ How to soak Nuts?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Our Ancestors never ate Nuts without soaking. </strong>Traditionally, they first soaked them in salted water, dried in the sun, grinded and then cooked.</p>
<p>In our time, when people want things easier and faster, this practice has been forgotten over time. That adversely affects our overall health and well-being.</p>

<p><strong>Soaking Nuts - the process is very simple and easy.</strong></p>

<p><em>1 part of nuts</em></p>
<p><em>2 parts filtered boiled hot water</em></p>
<p><em>pink Himalayan or sea salt (per 1 cup of nuts - 1 teaspoon)</em></p>
<p><em>glassware (plastic is always a bad idea)</em></p>

  <li>Nuts before soaking must be cleaned of shell</li>
  <li>We spread the Nuts into glassware, add salt and hot water, stir and wait.</li>
  <li>Soaking time depends on the size and structure of the Nuts.</li>
</ul>

<p><em>For example, Almond and Brazil nuts - for 12 hours.</em></p>
<p><em>Hazelnut, Walnuts, Pecans and Pine Nuts - for 8 hours.</em></p>
<p><em>Cashew - for 6 hours.</em></p>
<p>After soaking the nuts should be thoroughly rinsed and dried.</p>

<p>You can arrange the nuts on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and just put a baking sheet with nuts and a closed oven for 24 hours, not including the temperature. After that, we take it out and use it in our recipes or clean it in the refrigerator, where they can be stored up to 2 weeks.</p>

<p><strong>In general, all the Nuts and even the uncooked are best stored in the refrigerator, since they contain delicate oils that are very easily spoiled.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Soaking is necessary for complete digestion of Nuts, so do not be lazy and make it an essential part of your diet.</strong></p>

Yes, or I could go old-school and put it out in the sun, but then there are critters out there :D . I think I'll give that a try.

Regarding peeling the skins, do they come off pretty easily after soaking? Do you have a special method to remove them that you found works best?
