WHY YOU HAVE A HEADACHE AFTER DRINKING ALCOCHOL - A REAL REASON

<p>You go to bed after a party, and in the morning <strong>a hangover</strong> begins.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Terrible headache, feeling sick, full apathy. &nbsp;There are only two desires: to drink, and to finish this torture.</p>
<p>All people suffer from it, but only a few knows a real reason of this horror.</p>
<p>This condition is a consequence of the effects of alcohol on the body.<strong> Now I will tell more about it.</strong></p>
<p>Alcohol destroys the outer shell of red blood cells - erythrocytes. As a result of damage, the erythrocytes begin to stick together. Large clots of bodies are difficult to move around blood vessels, so in small vessels and capillaries they clog. As a result, <em>local oxygen starvation is formed.</em></p>
<p>Oxygen starvation is particularly damaging to brain cells. With prolonged lack of oxygen, brain cells begin to die. Do people have dead brain cells in their heads? No, these cells are excreted from the body.&nbsp;</p>
<p>A lot of special fluid enters the human brain, which takes dead cells with them and takes them with them. The tide of this very liquid to the brain is <em>the cause of the headache.</em> It helps increase blood pressure in the skull.</p>
<p>For the same reason, in the morning after the party, you really want to drink: the body needs a lot of liquid to "wash" the brain.</p>

<p><em>It's a personal choice of people to drink alcochol or not, I don't agitate anybody, but sometimes people just don't realize what happen in their body and why, so maybe this information will change your atittude to some drinks.</em></p>
