What causes a person to be disappointed? Of course the answer is very diverse. In general, a sense of disappointment arises because what happens does not fit our scenario. The more hoped the greater the chance of disappointment. The higher and bigger our expectations, the greater the sense of disappointment that will be harvested.

If you already know the source of the cause of disappointment would be easier for us. To prevent or minimize the frequency of creating a sense of self-disappointment, the sense of disappointment that is allowed to drag on and on will unknowingly accumulate in our mind and mind. Giving by Expecting the Same Reply with Business

When we give something to others and expect to receive a reply, either in the form of thanks or facilities and conveniences, our gift is like a veiled business.

Like doing business when the goods have been given, then we demanded the payment. As long as it is unpaid, the recipient of our goods will be indebted forever. This will be a burden for our minds, this analogy can be interpreted when we do something for others, expecting their rewards. Because if this is done, it will be vain to all gifts or our help to others. Because it could be either for reasons of what our gift is just taken for granted, without expression and thanks.

We are disappointed, because it turns out the person we are helping, is totally ungrateful. In that sense of disappointment, our minds can be distorted with "It's useless to do good, because it turns out to meet the ungrateful".

Unconsciously, a feeling of regret arises because it has been wrong to help people and has mistakenly provided tips. Which when left to dissolve will crystallize in the self and make us apathetic humans or lose sympathy and empathy in others who are lacking or distress. Though the problem is very trivial, namely "people who are helped, not thankful".

On the contrary, Never forget anything we have received from others, however small.
