【シンガポール料理】東京・麻布十番の「新加坡肉骨茶 麻布十番店」。飲む栄養素、肉骨茶(バクテー)を食す！

肉骨茶(バクテー)。様々な香辛料や漢方薬で、 スペアリブをじっくり煮込んだマレーシア及びシンガポールの薬膳料理です。日本でもシンガポール料理店は数多く存在するなか肉骨茶専門店として注目を集めるお店が「[新加坡肉骨茶](http://www.sgbkt.jp/)」で御座います。

新加坡肉骨茶は赤坂と麻布十番にお店があります。この日は仕事帰りにぶらりと晩御飯を食べに麻布十番店へ。お勧めは肉骨茶にライスやサイドメニューが付いてくる肉骨茶満喫セット。

肉骨茶は骨付きか薄切り肉が選べ、サイドメニューより3点選ぶことができますので、ライス、油条、ミースア（極細麺）を。さらに肉骨茶には肉増し、ホルモンとパクチーを追加いたしました。

ゴロゴロとお肉が入ったバクテーが登場しました。

さて一体どうやって食べるのやら。ご安心を。メニューにバクテーの食べ方がのっています。

まずは、スープを一口頂きます。

続いて、ライスを蓮華に取ります。

そしてスープへ浸してそのまま頂きます。

これをスープに沈めてスープ雄を染み込ませて食べます。

こちらはつけ麺のようにすすって頂きます。塩そばのような感覚と言えば宜しいでしょうか。

おっとまだお肉を頂いていませんでした。スペアリブはそのままがぶりと食べます。

お肉を付けて食べるとまた違った美味しさを楽しむことができます。

新加坡肉骨茶のパクチーは数年間をかけて独自のスープを研究し、オリジナルのバクテーを完成させたもの。パクチーだけでなく様々なスパイスを効かせてあるので、パンチの効いた味わいが致します。

現地では朝食をはじめ、昼食・夕食に、また日本でいうラーメンの様に、お酒を飲んだ後のシメとしても食べられているようです。

如何でしょうか。マレーシア、シンガポールで御馴染みの肉骨茶(バクテー)。スープの中に煮こまれたお肉がゴロゴロと入っていてボリュームも満点。独特のお味ですので好き嫌いは分かれますが、肉の旨味がスープに溶け込み、出汁がとても美味しいです。
