**¡Mis saludos para todos! Hace algún tiempo que no pasaba por aquí, hoy he venido gracias a la invitación de mi querida hermana @lileisabel, que jamás duda en invitarme. Les confieso que me llamó mucho la atención esta iniciativa tan interesante de @damarysvibra , la cual me detuvo a pensar y me di cuenta de que mi vida siempre ha estado sujeta al autocontrol.
De hecho, todos los hemos usado a lo largo de nuestras vidas, unos más que otros, sin saberlo.
Soy la más pequeña de tres hermanos y mi salud no era la mejor. Eso me llevó a ser muy introvertida, de hay es que soy de poco hablar, pero muy observadora y con mi oído siempre presto a escuchar lo que se me quiere decir.
Cuando fui creciendo, siempre quise hacer las cosas sin pedir ayuda,  para mí, eso me hacía fuerte.**

**Después me casé y tuve a mi hijo, lo cual fue una escuela para mí. De pequeño, cuando empezó a hablar, no se callaba y eso me causaba un ruido horrible en los oídos, como zumbidos de abejas. Pero ¿cómo decirle a un pequeño que se calle? Busque información, leí, comencé a hacer yoga llegando a un nivel más alto al punto de escuchar lo que era de mi interés y lo que no lo bloqueaba.
Cuando le apareció la epilepsia a mi hijo, yo lo traté y muchas personas me decían "no te asustas". Pues claro, pero tenía que actuar con ecuanimidad para que todo saliera bien y el sintiera mi apoyo y seguridad.
Trabajo en un negocio donde diseño postales, se hacen copias, se reparan impresoras y computadoras. Como ven, hay que ser multifacético y atender a clientes complicados, ya que algunos llegan cargados de problemas, pero siempre hay que tratar de que estén cómodos y complacidos. En una ocasión, un cliente quiso entrar sin tapabocas al negocio y lo hice esperar para entregarle uno antes de atenderlo. Me dijo enérgicamente: "No me lo pondré, yo no tengo COVID". Lo aparté y en voz baja le dije: "Ese señor que está delante de usted puede ser su abuelo. Si todos pensamos así, ¿quién los va a cuidar?". Me miró y me dijo: "Por él es que me lo pondré". Se lo coloqué y los otros tres clientes se calmaron.**

When my son's epilepsy appeared, I treated him and many people told me "don't be scared". Of course, but I had to act with equanimity so that everything would go well and he would feel my support and security.
I work in a business where I design postcards, make copies, repair printers and computers. As you can see, you have to be multifaceted and take care of complicated clients, since some arrive loaded with problems, but you always have to try to make them comfortable and pleased. On one occasion, a customer wanted to enter the store without a mask and I made him wait to give him one before serving him. He told me emphatically: "I won't wear it, I don't have COVID". I pulled him aside and in a low voice I told him: "That man in front of you could be your grandfather. If we all think like that, who is going to take care of them?". He looked at me and said, "That's who I'll wear it for." I put it on and the other three customers calmed down.*

**En mi casa, tenemos en el patio una mesa en un espacio que hemos creado muy atípico. Siempre que llegamos de trabajar, hacemos un café o un té y nos sentamos a hablar del día e intercambiamos criterios. Siempre que algo para cualquiera de los tres no está bien ese es el mejor momento de expresarlo. Después entramos a la casa, donde tiene que perdurar el equilibrio y las buenas vibras, este método en casa no ha funcionado muy bien  porque no hay como mantener un ambiente emocionalmente sano.**

**Les he dado un breve recorrido por mi vida, donde siempre he tenido que usar el autocontrol, donde primero he tenido que pensar antes de actuar. De eso creo que se trata el autocontrol: de primero pensar y escuchar antes de actuar. 
En muchas ocasiones me he visto en la necesidad de mantener la calma y escuchar con atención antes de tomar una decisión o responder a alguna situación. 
Me ayuda mucho la, practica de yoga, en ocasiones pinto, eso me encanta y me aporta otro nivel de súper calma. En fin, estas actividades me ayudan mucho a encontrar la serenidad y la calma que necesito para poder manejar situaciones difíciles con mayor equilibrio y claridad mental.
Espero que ni experiencia les haya gustado y sea de alguna utilidad.
