A whole year's plan lies in the spring before the new year starts and similarly a whole day's plan must be initiated in the early morning. That's why as human beings waking up early in the morning is the most precious habit to practice in our life. The harvest in autumn depends on the sowing of seeds in the spring season. The profound knowledge comes from a diligent study in the early morning. A person who can control his own morning can control his own life. A self-disciplined life begins with the habit of waking up early in the morning. Utilizing the day to the fullest begins with the first thing getting up early in the morning and for any skill to be gained is to be persistent in our effort. These two things can change our life totally and the habit of waking up early and the constant effort for success will lead us to the pinnacle of success and that should be the ultimate goal of our life!
If you want to develop the habit of diligence and self-discipline, you must first get rid of procrastination and laziness which are the biggest enemy to our success. in this process the first step is to get up early. In many cases, the more you stay up late, the more indulgent you will be. On the contrary, if you insist on going to bed early and getting up early, you will become more and more diligent. But it is a matter of sorrow that the modern lifestyle is not letting us go to bed earlier. If I think about my life, I can hardly sleep before 1 am and most of the time around 2 am which is really very late I wake up at 8:20 as my entry time for the workplace is at 8:45 which is really late and I have no time for the breakfast! The habit that I build up is from my university life and now I am trying to change the habit. In Bangladesh, I used o sleep around 3:00 am as my higher secondary school used to start after 11:00, which was the start of my late-night sleeping habit and it is very difficult to change. And now the mobile phone and the screen of laptop of TVs are not letting us sleep earlier!
Not only schedule mismanagement but there are also several health issues due to the bad habit of going to bed very late. Over time, negligence in one's studies, but also suffered from physical illness. Going to bed late and waking up late for a long time not only makes the whole person lose energy, but also falls into a trough in the mental state. Throughout life, people who can insist on going to bed early and getting up early not only feel refreshed, but also have plenty of time for themselves. They have more time to do what they like to do and constantly enrich and improve themselves.
Although self-disciplined people may not get up early, those who can do so must be self-disciplined. When you have the strength to wake up early, you will have self-discipline, and those things that seemed difficult to you will become easier. Getting up early may seem like a simple thing, but its impact is enough to change your life, because every time you get up early, it means that you can move towards a better self. Waking up early is a series of butterfly effects. After getting up early, reading, exercising, every difficult but beautiful thing will become handy.

Wake up early can determine the rise and fall of a family and history is teaching us the same thing. Waking up early not only represents a personal habit, but also a family tradition. Even when there is nothing to do at home, don't sleep late, and insist on getting up early every day. And I have seen my mother always wake up early in the morning and do her late-night prayer as a Muslim. And it is a good thing that I have seen her to stay in sound health for the whole year around.

Waking up early is the foundation of living at home. Family is prosperous through diligence, people are thrifty through diligence, and never poor.
