Interesting questions that perhaps philosophy would answer, but it is such a personal question, so intimate, that the answers would be unique to each being locked in that room that is simply our own SELF.

Life is so ephemeral that we cannot stay locked inside those virtual walls. Moving forward, doing what we consider to be positive and that will last in time, especially in our loved ones, is what I believe is truly essential.

Those are some pretty poignant questions. I have a feeling I would be locked in that room quite some time trying to answer them.  I think the hardest part would be separating the expected or ingrained answers from what really sits at the core of oneself.

I was getting stuck like this when I first started on Hive. I was reading a bunch of content and doing my best to make interesting relevant comments for the writer, but I struggled to get into any rhythm creating my own content.

Even now with actifit, it is more of a journaling effect, where I write down about the day's events but I'm not doing much to explore my feelings or purpose. I guess maybe that will come in time, but for now I'm perfectly content trying to provide engaging personal stories about my daily activities. In all honesty, I'd just be sitting in the room for hours, making list after list of the wide range of possibilities that I am curious about doing with my life. Still walking that road, but for now I am teaching math to 11-13 year olds who seem to be several grades behind after they missed time due to COVID. There is going to be a whole generation of students lacking critical knowledge that fell through the cracks during the pandemic. 

We all want to receive love, money, but few are those who give without expecting anything in return and those are the most rewarded by life.

Very good reflection! In life we have to be perseverant with our learning so that we learn to interact in society, with life and even at work. If we are alive, thinking is not a decision, it is a necessity.  Thanks for the message.

Or "What is the meaning of life?" This is one of the most difficult questions to answer, and something people struggle with knowing throughout their lives. While most will have some grand reason like helping others, making the most out of my life, for my family, etc. At the back of some other's minds is just the fear of dying. Some are just existing, and not really living. They are tired of this world already, but scared of the great unknown. Which could connect to the second part of "For what are they willing to die today?". For those people, I think they are just waiting for a grand exit, to at least give meaning to their life before their death. Saving someone, sacrificing their life for another; something noble. That is why I think they need the pad and pen exercise more than anything.

I went on a dark tangent there. Maybe I need to take that exercise myself.

Well, I feel like we all are meant to fight battles if maybe face some challenges as humans and see if we could survive it. Well, no one can leave this world alive.
Also, I feel I’m alive because God knows I still have some things to achieve on earth 

Okay so thoughts running out...hmmm. I do get what you're saying, in someway atleast. 


It's really easy falling into that zoned out phase and not get out of it for quite a long time. I think most people do and that's probably an underlying reason as to why I started reading more, especially at night. It's much better to "waste" my time reading than to "waste" my time on watching youtube reels.

Well, for me, it is easy to answer:

1. I am alive because my mother, who was the third child out of ten, wanted to have many children. This is coming from the instinct that all members of a species have: to make sure the species strives. Also, I took care of my health, which allowed me to grow old (but still kicking!).

2. I am not willing to die for anything, *today*. Maybe later, when the circumstances are completely different, I will want to act in such a way that I will risk dying, but not today.

The second question should have been: *In what circumstances are you willing to act risking death?* This is more difficult to answer. Intellectually, you could answer it in some way, but you have no way to predict if you will do as you thought you would.

Mm.. our purpose in life 🙄 I can say accumulating as many beautiful moments as can be.

You've been thinking about some important things. I truly hope that I never stop learning. With that, I think eventually only the past is left, because learning comes in many forms. Even a simple conversation with another person is a type of learning.
