Hmm
I remember a friend telling me we humans are the most complex beings in nature. We don't even understand ourselves not to talk of others understanding us.
That's how it is. We aren't monsters but situations do being some part of us out that we never thought was in us. It is a way to discover our hidden selves. But when we do, we then find a way to manage it because it is us and we can't do away with it.

Thanks for sharing. I found myself in your work when I was reading. Life always happens to us.

Most of Buddhism would say most of us don't know ourselves at all, and as I was trained in that I would tend to think it too. The way you phrase that, however, makes me think of Socrates old line which I always believe for myself: "The only thing I know is that I know nothing". And that seems to be the idea you are kind of hinting at. Isn't it funny how the more we learn, the more we realize we don't know and therefore the less confident of our knowledge we sometimes become?

The Japanese call this idea *mono no aware* which might be translated to something like "the sorrow at the impermanence of things". But far from negative, it is an idea that we must enjoy the beauty of our lives while they last. Be now, enjoy now, enjoy this brief sliver of time we have, because like the cherry blossom, it will be gone in the blink of an eye. 

Anyway, I enjoyed the short philosophical musing.

Sometimes I ask myself who I am actually and what is my maximum ability . I never found that answer and I think I won't get the accurate answer anytime. It's because we know the ability of us by the past activity while we faced several kinds of situations. We may find our new ability if a new situation appeared to us and then we realize that we have that ability. So I think the potential of a human can't be imagined. (my opinion) 

at least we need to try to known ourself and learn about us everyday, about health is tarted to learn only after 30, before why to learn if no problems, so its like you need to learn how your body functional, how your mind ,thought works etc, its always process to upgrade and known yourself better.
But you cant stop, when you stop its end...

This post has led me to deep thoughts ... I confess that I have reread it more than once.

You know what I think about self-improvement and personal growth and the possibilities and opportunities that engaging in these paths offers.

Obviously the path is continuous and perpetual, everything can always improve lately and everyone can be known a little more and you have to try.
What is not knowable, the unknowable must always be taken into account in my view because it is one of the variables that fascinates and has always attracted man in life.

A lot of people seem to know exactly how they're going to act in any given situation until said given situation crops up.

<sub>I remember that in my teens and early 20s, and watching it happen with people that don't have kids so smug and certain that they knew what was really going on and then in some cases they had kids and none of the things that they knew they would do to avoid their kids ever turning out like whatever or what they would do if this happened...didn't work</sub>

I kind of get where you're coming from with the no right answer thing, and also think a lot of people don't like that option.

Life is a journey, what we are today is the outcome of the past and the environment and it continues to shift with new input and new experience each day. 

Now apply this to everyone and everything in the universe, we are all connected. 

Arguably we are in a deterministic environment of input and output that’s called life and let’s enjoy this journey wherever it takes us. 

I think that we can't be stable for our lifetime as nothing is stable in this life. There has been an on-going evolution for everything in nature, thus we change as well, in a postive or negative way.

We thought we knew until we don’t.   Rinse and repeat.
