Hi everyone
A happy new week to you people.

As the days go by so does our week here in the newbies initiative, in this week's first edition I'll be sharing with you about my hobbies if I do have any, well I do have.

 ***There are these things you enjoy doing when you are less busy things that you can do for a very long time without getting tired.
What are those things?***

Hobbies are things we humans engage in, things that make us feel comfortable, those things we do in our spare time at home or anywhere, do you think everyone has a hobby?. Well, I don't know so I have to ask. My hobbies include: 

***Traveling*** 
though I haven't had many opportunities to travel, I love to travel to different places because it opens up my perspective and makes me feel good. It is a kind of exposure, it exposes us to the world out there.

I enjoy the idea of traveling because it allows me to meet new people from all walks of life, speaking to new people.
Traveling is not just about exploring new places, it allows us to be more tolerant and open towards new cultures and people, it's a great opportunity to travel and connect with both local and other like-minded people from all around the globe. Like my mum will say, "how will you see the world when you're at a spot always"
Traveling teaches us to appreciate cultural diversity, traditions, and appearance.

Lastly does traveling has anything to do with us being creative? Well, that's a yes, because it's our sense of being innovative cause when we travel we are so much excited to try things we've never tried before, we get exposed to new cultures, and customs and get introduced to unfamiliar ideas and beliefs.

***Hanging out with friends***
They say good friends are good for your health oh yeah that's true, 
This is one area I just discovered a few months ago, hanging out with friends is amazing, cause it makes me feel comfortable when being around them.

Friends can help us celebrate good times and support us during bad times, hanging out with friends helps to prevent isolation and loneliness, it gives me a sense of belonging and purpose.  It also boosts my happiness and improves my self-confidence and self-worth. Where we have to talk about everything, have that happy moment together away from family, it's amazing.

***Cooking***
One thing I never get tired of is cooking, cooking is another point of being creative, cause it has to do with your senses. No matter how tired I can get maybe stressed from work but I'll still have time to cook cause as a person I like home food. I derive pleasure in cooking.
