When you have people who have been doing a job, well enough to keep a company afloat, and then you make them nervous... it rarely ends well.

Probably this corporation will see huge churn in their human resources, and will stay that way.

A true leader would use his charisma to change something little to be more in line with "company" policy, and then another...
Sounds like this guy would have no clue about what to do if too many people walked off the job.

I bet the owner that left could have done any of the jobs on the factory floor.  (but i can only speculate...)

And, cryptos will be a life changer.
As cryptos rise and house prices fall.  Send your bank the keys, and trade a part of a bitcoin for a house.

Its always the same old story.. I've been there and done that.. lost my jobs twice.

You get a company with no debt, that runs smooth, that makes a living for everybody including the owner.
Then the company is bought out. The equity in the company is removed for debt. Then they pressurize workers to produce more for the same payment. When that doesn't work they lower the quality. This loses orders which in turn needs a workforce reduction. Then the ones who are left are expected to do even more which reduces production even more. Which in turn makes the management push for more production with even lower standards and corner cutting....

Until they walk away and leave the debt for the banks/tax payers

This is a great example of where many of us will find ourselves over time. I also believe that this is a great foundation to build upon as the power will be in our hands to be part of the great potential we find ourselves in here and across the crypto ecosystem.

That seems to be more common across many industries.  There is too much saturation that company seems to want to buy the competition just to get the new growth.  Pretty scary if a recession hits with this kind of operation....

I also had the same view two year back but the prolonged bear market raised doubt on my strategy. However, I will work for two more years in crypto space before saying quit. so hold on

Hello @taskmaster4450, cryptocurrency can be a learning curve for those who are on the fence about it. I've found it hard to show people how to go about it when they really have no interest. It seems most people think they gonna get rich overnight and its not that simple. Hard work comes with this game and knowing when to hold and when to sell is the most important knowledge one can have. Wishing you the best of luck my friend.

Recently I was discussing with my friends how blockchain has changed me, it has taught me a great deal about process, patience and most importantly given a a future to long to.

I'm in crypto and I'm grateful for it

It did feel like a get rich quick opportunity a couple years ago but has now slipped into a longer term prospect for me as well. 

Talking with my daughter about making money blogging, she asked me what I do with the money. I honestly told her I was stacking it for retirement. 

It may seem like an iffy investment now but it is always like that in the dip!  This correction is a gift for us  who are increasing our stake!
