Are we in an AI bubble?  Many seem to think so.

Is there only hype around AI?  This is something many confuse.

In this video I discuss market action which causes bubbles along with the two factors to consider with growth of a technology (AI in this case).  I also do my best to overlay this against the dotcom era and Internet days.

I think the biggest counter argument to the AI bubble is how a lot of the big companies are going hard into AI and the technology around it. This isn't like the metaverse of Meta/FB, where it was only them. It isn't like the VR of Apple that didn't take off. AI will be affecting multiple industries, and already has. Even if it faces difficulties penetrating regulated industries like the medical field, it can thrive in IT and creative industries initially.
