---

To implement societal change, it requires an enormous shift. We have seen masive advancement in technology yet most are unwilling to embrace it. This is something that we see slowing the progress society is making.

In this video I discuss how technological change does not change society. Instead it is the potential to change things. Only after people embrace it and decide to change their mindsets do we see societal change. In spite of enormous wealth generated, people are slow to change.

This is what we see unfolding with #cryptocurrency. Those on #Hive who are active are hear early. What this means is the ability to brand and standout is much greater in the early stages.

Summary:
In this video, Task discusses societal change in relation to technological advancements and the acceptance of new technologies. He emphasizes the importance of embracing change and highlights the significant impact of technology on society, particularly focusing on video conferencing platforms like Zoom. Task also delves into the role of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Hive, mentioning the need for people to adopt these technologies for them to have a revolutionary impact. He underscores the necessity for a change in mindset and encourages early adoption of platforms like Hive to establish influence and benefit as the community grows.

Detailed Analysis:
Task starts by explaining the relationship between technological change and societal transformation. He underscores that while technological advancements offer potential for growth and productivity, human acceptance is crucial for their success. The example of Zoom's rapid integration during the COVID-19 pandemic illustrates this point, showing how societal acceptance can drive technological change.

He then transitions to discussing the challenges faced by new technologies like cryptocurrency and blockchain in garnering widespread acceptance. Task points out that many people are resistant to change, despite the potential benefits of these innovative technologies in revolutionizing societal norms. He stresses the importance of individuals embracing these technologies and being willing to make a move towards change.

Task also addresses the issue of censorship on traditional social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, highlighting the need for platforms like Hive to provide alternatives for content creators. He encourages early adopters on platforms like Hive to establish their brand and influence, as they stand to benefit the most as the community grows.

Furthermore, Task emphasizes the importance of taking action to drive societal change, rather than just talking about it. He cautions against complacency and urges individuals to adapt to new technologies and platforms to stay ahead in the evolving digital landscape. Task concludes by emphasizing the potential rewards for those who embrace change early and actively contribute to shaping the future of technology and society.

It takes time for people to accept it but most people who move out in the early stage has the best rewards but they also take the most risk.

I do think crypto and HIVE will be around in the future so yes we will at least stand out compared to those who sit around. When things are accepted, we will be far ahead and we understand which opportunities exist and which don't.

I wish I could find just one person IRL that understands this and is as enthusiastic about it as the average whoever on here.

It just doesn't matter which angle I approach from no one cares. I think everyone thinks the government is going to take care of them when they are no longer viable for the workforce.

Then they'll bitch about everything the government does to exploit them, but never take any personal responsibility to protect or free themselves.

I swear to all that's holy it makes me want to just shake a mother fucker by the face.

Anyway, good talk, man. Always a pleasure. :D

> I swear to all that's holy it makes me want to just shake a mother fucker by the face.

Slap the governments instead. Many people do not even have enough money (because of the financial discrimination they live in) to live a proper, full life. For example pensioners and disabled people. I live with multiple disabilities, and I receive a pension-like income, and nowadays I also work in a 4 hours part time job, but my total income still does not reach the local minimum wage. Greetings from Hungary.

I’d gladly slap the government, but it’s people, in the u.s. where I live, that let the gov get out of control in the first place.

We’ve spent the last few decades arguing about stupid shit like whether or not we should let gay people be gay, as if we have the right to even vote on something like that.

Meanwhile, every politician works behind the scenes to further widen the income gap by way of only acting in their own interests, yet we keep lining up to pretend we have a choice, picking one of the two corporate sponsored candidates, and bitching because this one is just like the last one, but heaven forbid doing some research and making changes supported by evidence rather that rhetoric.
