With what I have seen so far, I think Elon is cleaning up Twitter but I don't think he is doing a good job of being decisive. From what I see, he wants to build a board to accept opinions and I don't think it will work the way they want and I am just wondering how this Twitter will fit into Tesla's view of the future. From the news headlines, there are Tesla Engineers taking off time from development to look into Twitter.
