Tesla is cancelling the next gen vehicle in favor of focusing upon their robotaxi network.  This is according to Reuters.

In this video I discuss how the financial media is at it again and why this doesn't make sense even if Tesla wanted to go in this direction.

I think they might be concerned that Tesla is spreading themselves too thin. But companies have different departments. I would assume the RnD department of cars is different from the department that works on the AI and Robotaxi. Last I read, Tesla is offering FSD licensing to other automakers now.
