Here is something I am all for.  Screw with the mega tech companies (well actually only those in social media).

While they are messing around trying to solve the problem with laws, we can just keep building and decentralized what we are doing.  That will hit these entities more than any law will.

230 needs reform and those big tech companies are only abusing it right now. It blocks them from any liabilities for doing things on a public stage.

Yes it does.  Let them argue about it for a year.  In the meantime, we will make it not relevant simply by decentralzing.

Yea I think one supreme court justice has hinted about the type of case they want moved up. But that process has to travel through the local and state courts before it can set before the supreme court. 

If the government doesn't do anything, then the next thing to modify section 230 is that.

I agree. Laws, laws, and more laws. Moses could not hold a candle to the amount of statutes concerning finance created by legislatures.

Lobbyists for corporate entities write the majority of legislation as I have mentioned before. The laws will always be skewed in favor of their interests.

All the rest in the media is play acting to keep the torches and pitchforks at bay.
