Things are progressing nicely.  There is a lot going on.  We have the ability to start driving a lot of traffic to Leofinance.  Overall, pieces are starting to come together and it is time for everyone Lion to step up his or her game.

As we know, the big news over the last few weeks was #LeoThreads.  This is bringing [microblogging](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-microblogging) to Hive.  Hopefully we will see the continued expansion.

That said we did get some exciting news.  This was posted the other day which tells us the direction things are heading in.

#Threads is going to be eligible for POSH rewards when it gets implemented.  This is incentive to post articles from around [Hive](https://leofinance.io/@crypto-guides/what-is-hive-crypto-hive) into #threads to enhance the exposure.

Of course, this concept is already in operation with Twitter.  People are earning rewards simply by taking Leofinance and other content on Hive and tweeting it out.

We are seeing the tools fall into place.

# Step Up The Activity

With the incentive in place, there is no reason not to send a lot of [Leofinance](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-leofinance) links.  Twitter is sitting there with POSH already in operation.  

There is a great deal of power in the numbers.  If we have a couple hundred people doing this on a daily basis, we could see some significant numbers.

For example, each post on Hive over, say 400 words, should be shared on both Twitter and Threads.  There are a couple hundred daily on there.  If each person sends out 5 different article links, we will see a massive increase in exposure.

It is the easiest thing in the world and a good habit to get into.  After all, there are going to be rewards for doing that.

We are looking to step up microblogging on Hive.  This is an important transition for the ecosystem.  Hundreds of people can do a lot of damage in the [social media](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-social-media) world.  That should be our goal.

# LeoGlossary Near 1,300

We are closing in on 1,300 terms with LeoGlossary.  The [database](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-database) is growing in number.  Some time was spend updating a few of the posts, adding even more links to them.  It is becoming a huge repository for internal backlinks.

The thinking is that we will eventually see this impacting the rankings of Leofinance.  It is tough for the moment since the optimization of [Leofinance.io](https://leofinance.io/) is lagging.  However, we can only focus upon what we can affect.  For now, we will keep filling things up, building more pages as well as lists.  All of this is creating quite a repository of information.

Of course, each person can assist in the usage.  We have the links which can be used in posts and comments.  When we look at the world of backlinks, this is one of the keys to Wikipedia's success.   The number of internal backlinks on a page runs into the thousands.

So far, we have a few in [LeoGlossary](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-main-menu) that cross into a few hundred.  This shows that we have a long way to go.  Each time someone uses a link in an article, that is a backlink for that page.  

Get them into the thousands and we will see some exciting results.

# We Are Due Another #Thread Update

Khal has hinted at another update nearing release.  He was testing it out the other day.  This is going to enhance performance while also adding a couple of new features.  

Certainly we all admit that #threads is in a very beta state.  The features are lacking but that was promised.  We are going to see some upgrades over the next month to aid in the user experience.  The team is very good about taking the feedback from the community.

All of this equates to a serious opportunity for Leofinance.  We still have the ad revenue hanging out there, something they hope to complete by the end of the year.  What we do know, based upon what Khal put out, we saw a doubling of ad [revenue](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-revenue) since #threads went live.

This is based upon traffic to the different pages.  Imagine if we all sent a handful of articles out on Twitter each day, getting a some more views in total.

In short, we have [incentives](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-incentivize) everywhere.  Having [LEO](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-leo) in the [wallet](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-wallet) is powerful.  It is up to us to enhance that. 

This is what community truly means.
