Perfection, everything in balance in the bubble of my world today, girl is getting a suntan and some of that good good D (vitamin d, that is) and I’m just waiting for my upload to finish, instead of trawling the vapid I decided to just write (potentially my own vapid) as I had a realisation of just how much I’ve changed my approach to social media (and for the better) 

I’m still very much fire and forget, it takes a lot for me to hold/host a conversation across digital platforms, I’d rather be in front of someone with a beer in my hand and a joint in the other, just riffing ya know, loose, less guarded, no strategy, just living, existing in the moment.

It’s rarely 60f here so when it happens it feels like a different planet, I realise we have hot hot temps all over the planet that happen all the time but this little island of England has these weird patterns being a Little Rock in what feels like the middle of the planet where things just happen all around it.

Yes on a day like today there would be a car trip involved, maybe a quick pint, a little shopping, some nice salad at a favourite restaurant and that would have a side order of instagram pictures and an acknowledgement via digital that yes, I was indeed living out my life for the rest of the undelegated few to quantify in their own way I was still a human being.

It’s odd really when I look back how I got sucked into that, that the ability to take a shot and make it uniquely ‘standouts’ using a series of filters was in some way edgy and creative — maybe it was just a perfectly in sync frequency moment in startup land where they replaced conversation with a shared global reality.

i think crypto has just made me more guarded about my time and my ‘presence’ as well thou, where I am, what I’m doing, it’s made me more measured about how I spend that time — not that I don’t enjoy taking photos and making video but I’d rather have more of a purpose to it these days than forcing it to be something if ya get what I mean.. .

I really enjoyed this afternoon, the weather was perfect, roll on tomorrow, hoping for similar, probably gonna get some showers but the temp should be similar, can’t beat a few bonus days of nice weather!
