Yep, it’s true, I totally went hard on the food order this month and added some fancy bacon just to see if they could pull it off and produce some decent bacon, turns out, they can, and it was delicious, some kind of smoked situation too — did not like reduce down and pump out loads of water and bad stuff so I’ll be having that again.

Bacon and egg cobs all around this morning with a side of coffee for shits (literally) and giggles, I’m all ready for the day and week ahead, I hope you arrive and feel a similar way, eleven days to go until black Friday, gearing up is this weeks vibe let me tell you.

Oh also, I’ve finally given in to the beast that is tiktok, I’ve been watching it a lot more in decent days and I’ve found some really interesting channels that are just pumping out straight power tips and advice, I’m really starting to see the power there for creators and some of the dedicated channels are killing it — it’s just about converting that residual traffic really right.

Few weeks in on this lockdown two and I have to say it really does not feel anything like the first time around.  Maybe it’s because i’m more empowered and connected than I was before, feel like I’ve added a few resiliences in here and there, have things that would normally completely sideswipe me, now I feel like I’m at peace with them, that’s a huge positive feeling I never had before.

I’m also considering and aware of the ‘other side’ of all of this, the way that regardless of elections and hate, pain that’s out there in the world, you’ve also got this empowered other half that’s woke up for the first time in their lives after probably decades and decided finally what they wanna do with their futures.

I mean, we just put four spacemen/women in space yesterday on a commercial flight from space-x just like that, the era of like the super highway for space flight is opening up to our eyes, super regular, meshing the entire planet with connectivity, we can literally get lost in the middle of nowhere and still talk back and forth with the world and report back — just think of all the undiscovered things we still don’t know that are gonna get unearthed with that kinda cross referencing.

So yeah, I’m super positive this morning, maybe because I know it’s all possible, maybe that’s something to cling firmly too, the potential of the human condition, regardless of the dark side of the species, the fact that we can still absorb, collect and build our collective future in light of inequality and unjust globally.

I mean, the bacon and egg cobs kinda hit the spot too, tomorrow we are switching back to good old magic mushroom linda and her whays.  I’ll need to source some more eggs thou as they are finally out this morning.  Residual day today as well so that’s something, means I can lock down my monthly stuff and keep that engine ticking along — so thankful for my health and my brain working properly!

Also, did you stop at all yet and give yourself a big pat on the bag yet for what you’ve managed to flex during a pandemic, even thou you might have had some savage months like all of us, you still stepped up, stepped through, learned a bunch of new stuff, activated parts of ya brain that were dormant and produced a bunch of products, put ya style on, looked at all the details, re-calculated, sold a bulk order, literally started your own little company, if your not hella impressed with yaself, let me tell you, I am.

From two nutters jumping on buses, giggling around wetherspoons tables as we order random drinks to the table that the other person has no idea what’s coming, to buying duel wielding old Rosie, to swimming sleeps, to 80’s flicks that you’ve never seen and that bond, that bond that time and space can’t even disrupt, we’ve come a long way baby, I’m glad I found you, in all of this crazy whays, I found you ;)

Don’t think for one minute that I don’t miss that physical aspect of you being around each day either, if there is one thing that’s a hell of a force of nature to be around it’s two geeks at a table, who rapidly sort out the arrangement of all of the things, positioning laptops, devices, coffee and then packing it all away when the food arrives — I’ll always remember our fond memories of blogging in the early days together.

We’ve got so so so much more to do too, I’m certain that there is some big missions for the both of us to partake in, I’m certain we are leaving money on the table here and there, so much to give back, instead of just take out too ya know, if I know what thing about you it’s your capacity to love and tender to take care.  Remember when you hid when poppet came over last and you surprised here. Delightful, wonderful.

That’s what it’s all about, connection.  balance, a positive mindset, to be more open to the opportunities that lay ahead, regardless of the dark skies and crisp cold biting road, sometimes, you just need to pull over, stick the heater on, wait it out, then find a plot to build your own road off that.

The next few weeks are gonna be awesome! :)
