If you’ve been watching the @steemhunt project over the last nine months you’ll know that they have been extremely focused on their goal to bring about a new ecosystem to enable product makers and product lovers — for me as a previous brand advocate for Nokia, 1000heads, crayon and verisign it’s a no-brainer that this is where brand advocacy goes next, regardless of platform it’s hosted on — will youtube always be no1 for brands to use?

> please remember this is not financial advice, it’s just a personal opinion from someone who has skin in the HUNT token game and wants to see the roadmap at 80% before I do anything with my tokens, I want to see all sections realised before this baby SINGS!

@steemhunt has really been making moves, the first successful IEO selling out in minutes, the first steem powered public token to sell out TWICE and it’s looking like will end up with a very mature ecosystem in a few years time, I have no doubt that those who ‘compete’ against it as an ego metric always potentially would buy into it as a failsafe too ;)

as soon as I realised that the team had the competence to pull this together with the South Korean exchanges and work closely with the tokenomics company I knew we were game on, I knew that for the next part with review hunt the next step for me for content for @steemcasting was to build a global community of tech reviewers that were ‘on call’ for making videos for the brands coming into this space (yes, I’m going in very early here!)

I know I’ve mentioned it before but I keep seeing people in various places wanting to know when it’s listed so they can sell it — that’s a shame, just taking the ‘freebies’ or ‘airdrops’ and then not investing in the roadmap, that’s a poor decision and the wrong place for what could be a new income economy for yourself later on if you just invest in the potential of the roadmap — it’s already PROVEN by the uptake of the tokens that this is something that ADDS UP to investors — it’s not rocket science, this is an area of business that is ripe and ready for disruption.

### global advocates, tokenised time investment

One of the debilitating factors for new product makers, companies needing marketing, needing exposure is finding the right people to discuss their products, often times those people either cost a fortune or it’s impossible to find a way to make the contracts work, either from a costs, transaction, sign off perspective or permission based economy of ‘who you know’ in the scene.

I personally feel that what HUNT offers is merely the tip of the iceberg of where it can be used later on — I see time sensitive smart contracts, I see re-investement back into the steem blockchain, I see events like CES completely disrupted by a 100 strong team ‘on the ground’ or remote with teams back home doing the social media and editing getting paid and incentivised with STEEM, I see a movement where the finances are distributed and the team global.

### let the roadmap run it’s course.

It would be a mistake and a travesty for the HUNT token to not at least get into the third phase of it’s project before even looking at the token as something you flip or use to take a return, before the products are fully realised — the opportunity is much bigger than just a payout, it’s a potential to change the way things are currently done where pots of advertising money goes to a small group of people — are we not sick of circle jerking? :)

Of course, you are free to do what you want with your tokens, you all have things you need in your day to day life and I’m sure a lot of the scammers will just treat them like a pay day — you can be certain thou I will not sell any of my HUNT tokens for at least another YEAR from the start of the listing of them on the exchanges.

I have true belief in the team to realise not only the first proper tokenised project that has delivered on all it’s promises so far but that the team has the ability to level this up to make inroads to start talking with brands along the way and become the #1 destination for product makers globally using the HUNT token as the way in to the new crypto network.
