First I say that this hunt is today best hunt . This is really good project and it is help our many devices. Thanks for sharing this hunt.

Energy control is very important for its right usage. I like the feature of it to be open source. This makes it very good as anyone can use it according to his own needs. Very amazing hunt.

Working in the Electricity Distribution Lines makes me understand the importance of the load and current usage. Equipment that are being used are expensive and not suitable to be implemented by households or small premises. This device that you hunted will surely be more applicable in terms of cost and the amount of energy usage. All electricity productions and usage can be easily easily monitored at the comfort of your own home or office.

I actually just had a smart meter installed at my house a year or so ago.  It has been really awesome to be able to track my energy use and see what times of the day I am using more or less.  I think this is a tool that every one needs to use so they can work on limiting their carbon footprint.  I am not saying you need to change your habits, I am just saying it is really informative to know what your habits are...

Thats really cool to know about this unique monitor that has different qualities abn abilities.

It's a really interesting item. I think monitoring is important. It's because we can effectively improve our energy use on a monitoring basis. We can also set an alarm for anomaly. Open Energy Monitor seems a detailed tool on energy usage. It not only helps in monitoring the consumption of heat and other forms of energy but also has got some other very cool features like comparisons and safety and protection to name a few. Our approach towards energy consumption has put this planet in danger. There are peace summits but then there are wars that requires the modern human to keep creating lethal weapons including the atomic and hydrogen bombs. As a result, we have got more deaths and extreme weather conditions. The real question is what are we leaving as legacy for coming generations. Our future is not safe for sure. Such a tool can help us on small scale but we need to correct our approach on heat consumption and its negative effects on mega level.
