i've been looking into firewall 'applications' recently. i've been wanting to mess with AP's again and build a local MESH network for a client that's gotten back in touch again about building a kinda RFID/GEO hunting game that uses online certificates collection as rewards (i'll probably hunt that actually)

Now how much Technology improve that much Hackers also growing.

We need strong firewall to protect our network.

Open source everything is the way we need to go in the future.  Our world is such that entities that profit off the work of others is simply immoral and unfair.  We see mega corps patenting things that they did .5% of the innovation yet taking 100% of the rewards. 

Mesh networks are a big thing too.  I cant wait until they become bigger and we are able to route around the ISPs.

it's funny you know i've been thinking about mesh networks a lot over the last few years, i've got a perfect place to do it as well in europe, i even think we could get some decent kit fairly cheaply, maybe a fork of a fast blockchain that could be served up locally over a solar powered mesh network of value is in the future! :) thanks for the comment and upvote.
