Utility is a key feature of every project I tend to look out for before investing.  I believe that's what makes a solid project different from one simply built around hype. Don't get me wrong, a project without utility could be successful, but for how long? Especially with the massive competition out there and with investors looking for a project that's both profitable and  reliable for a long time.

Polycub's utility makes it stands out from most other Defi projects I've seen. Just like how Hive and Leo have great utility, Polycub's utility spreads through the Kingdom, Protocol owned liquidity, bonding, and collaterized lending which all allows Polycub reach a state where it is assumes more value and sustainability. Polycub's utility has always been the main  priority of the Leofinance team and its quite understable why this is the main objective of a Defi 2.0. project with a unique mechanism and of the latest tech.

Scarcity is just an icing on the cake and is also quite important in giving value to Polycub. Utility is a really great feature for Polycub particularly when having a long term vision for a project. Scarcity however would play a key role in increasing the value and price when the demand is higher than the supply. 

Without Scarcity,  Polycub would simply be just another project that would lose value over time regardless of its utility. Limited availability would ultimately command high prices in the future. According to the team, there only ever be 7.3 million Polycub which sounds pretty scarce already.

Polycub's Price is the least of my worries right now just like when Hive traded just around 0.10 cents. It's current decline in price is obviously as a result of the massive sell pressure that comes with the high emission per block. 

A reduction in the emission rate will however reduce the sell pressure as time goes on and hopefully the price would recover faster than expected in the next few months. This is one reason why I'm really not bothered about the current price and my aim is to stack as much Polycub as I can while I still have the chance.
