Following the success of several A.I models like ChatGPT,  Midjourney A.I and Stable Diffusion, many entrepreneurs, businessmen and some of the biggest names in the tech industry are venturing and investing in generative A.I technology as they appeal to be very easy to use, with little risk and can be quickly adopted by all age groups, unlike some of the many other big and new technologies for example, the metaverse and cryptocurrencies. 

Among many investors in generative A.I, here are a few.  Elon Musk invested massively in ChatGPT, one of the AI models that shook the world, and had gone ahead to begin his own project similar to Chat GPT, Google has created their own AI model that's also quite similar to Chat GPT and now Mark Zuckerberg just announced he has been researching generative  A.I technology for serveral years and now has a team that's really busy building something.

Right now, there's so much talks on A.I, the risks, the good, and the regulations they should comply to. The banning of ChatGPT in Italy is an eye opener for several companies and startups that are interested in the tech and as time goes on and the effects of AI technology on the society is understood,  many more regulations would be placed to shield mankind from the negative effects.

The race is on for which company would be at the forefront of A.I technology in the future and while this could be exciting to watch , many of us still have our concerns, concerns of data safety, job security etc. Well, all I can day right now is that, I hope this race benefits mankind in the long run.
