LA RAZÓN POR LA CUAL DESAPARECÍ DE HIVE....|| THE REASON I DISAPPEARED FROM HIVE....
Hola amigos de la gran comunidad de Hive, el día de hoy estoy muy feliz de volver y es que sinceramente he estado muy perdida pero en este post les explicaré por qué desaparecí de Hive por mucho tiempo..

La razón por la cual desaparecí es porque no me estaba yendo bien en Hive, podía durar hasta 3 o 5 horas haciendo un maquillaje y nadie me votaba, siento que de un tiempo para acá el maquillaje dejó de ser valorado pero bueno, debido a eso tuve que comenzar a trabajar y  estoy trabajando en un negocio de venta de Chicha Venezolana, para los que no sepan que es la chicha Venezolana por aquí les dejaré parte de la información y aclaro que la dejaré en una imagen ya que no puedo colocar el link de la fuente, de igual forma es una info que pueden conseguir por Wikipedia.

La verdad el trabajo en el que estoy me parece genial, además he aprendido más acerca de esta gran bebida que representa a los Venezolanos, la chicha en Venezuela puede realizarse con pasta o con arroz, la que hacemos en el trabajo es a base de arroz y sinceramente es muy buena. 

Ahora bien, les hablaré del negocio para el que trabajo, se llama "La Chicha Félix", la cual desde siempre ha Sido la mejor chicha que puedes encontrar en mi ciudad de San Felipe en el Estado Yaracuy, tienen muchísisimo años en el mercado (por así decirlo) y es la mejor que puede haber aquí, hoy en día cambiaron de nombre y de logo y ahora son "La nueva Chicha Félix" con la misma receta y la misma magia.

Sinceramente este trabajo me toma mucho tiempo de mi día, comienzo a trabajar desde las 9:30am hasta las 7pm, y es bastante agotador pero a diferencia de otros trabajos este es uno de los mejores, porque si hablamos de explotación laboral; hay trabajos peores aqui, así que no me quejo! Pero la verdad no me da tiempo de siquiera hacerme un maquillaje, pero bueno; mañana tengo día libre así que me tomé un tiempo para hacer este post.

Por aquí me pueden ver con mi compañera de trabajo Martha, con ella trabajo en otra sucursal que está ubicada en el municipio Cocorote.

Por aquí me encuentro en San Felipe en donde están 2 sucursales y en ellas está la principal, aquí fue donde inicie mi práctica y también estoy con mi compañero de trabajo Aaron, quien fue el que me enseñó muchas cosas dentro de este trabajo.

Aunque no soy un fanatico del Makeup se bien que es todo un arte y cuan lamentable que no te sintieras valorada. No se si te lo había dicho pero soy fan de tus makeups eres muy muy talentosa. Por otro lado, todo este año y muy probablemente para el proximo año sea un año de resención economica para el mundo cripto y para el sistema financiero en general, creo que el mejor consejo que puedo darte es que no abandones Hive porque puede representar una importante y un valioso activo a futuro, ahora bien, que bueno que hayas conseguido un trabajo que te guste. 

Acá en Barquisimeto, en el centro de la ciudad hay un puesto de esa Chicha Felix, y para mí siempre ha sido la mejor Chicha de la región. Ver las fotos que has compartido me hizo desear un rico vaso de chicha. 

Por otra parte, quiero hacete una invitación. Acá en Barquisimeto hemos hecho un monton de actividades con respecto a Hive, y el proxomo sabado tenemos una. Estas cordialmente invitada. No sé si uses Telegram, pero acá los Hivers de Barqquisimeto hemos abierto un grupo que ya en verdad no es nada de Barquisimeto sino que hay hivers  de Yaracuy y Acarigua jejeje, si lo deseas puedo pasarte por aca el enlace de invitación al grupo.

Hola! que bueno que hayas vuelto, yo apenas estoy llegando, desde mi punto de vista como creador de contenido, te puedo decir que la constancia es lo que marcará la diferencia, algunas personas requieren una constancia mayor, otros tienen la gran suerte de que con muy poquito esfuerzo logran un alcance enorme.

Las redes sociales pueden ayudarnos a lograrlo, te recomiendo que cuando subas un post no tengas las expectativas altísimas, no me refiero que seas pesimista, quiero decir hacerlo porque es tu pasión, porque lo disfrutas y que la retribución llegue cuando tenga que llegar. Cuando hacemos las cosas desde la necesidad, pienso que la energía se estanca, es mejor hacerlo con fluidez, armonia y tranquilidad.

Yo vengo de YT y créeme que los primeros 15 vídeos no pasaban de 10 ó 20 visualizaciones en el mejor de los casos. Tenía 2 opciones rendirme y dejarlo, o seguir intentandolo y aprendiendo como mejorar el título, la descripción, la intro del vídeo, la resolusión, la iluminación, etc. Y ahora todo va mucho mejor.

Ánimo que si podrás conseguirlo, no dejes de aprender, de leer, todo eso ayuda mucho, todos los emprendedores de éxito lo hacen.

Entiendo lo que dices y está bien diversificar, pero no dejes de hacer lo que amas por el hecho de que no te voten, hazlo y disfrútalo y estoy segura pronto pasará este momento.
