<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"><center><H3>ESPAÑOL</H3></center>Hola hermosa comunidad de @Motherhood, en esta ocasión quiero compartir mi experiencia con ustedes con respecto al trabajo en casa, en mi caso con adolescentes en casa, de verdad que es todo un reto, anteriormente siempre trabajaba fuera de casa, pero hoy en día con esto del confinamiento, todo ha cambiado, incluso mi trabajo.</div></div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Creo que mi clave para no desfallecer en este intento de trabajar desde casa, es involucrar a mi hijo en mis trabajos, siempre y cuando las circunstancias me lo permitan, al principio comencé a hacer tortas y ponkes desde casa para vender y mi hijo era mi fiel ayudante, como no teníamos batidora, él se encargaba de batir todas las tortas y claro se quedaba con su merecida recompensa, el recipiente  donde estaba la mezcla.</div></div>
<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">I think my key to not give up in this attempt to work from home is to involve my son in my work, as long as circumstances allow me, at first I started making cakes and ponkes from home to sell and my son was my faithful assistant, as we had no mixer, he was in charge of beating all the cakes and of course he was left with his deserved reward, the container  where the mixture was.</div></div><hr>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Después de eso comenzamos a elaborar y vender helados y dulces de leche, como siempre mi hijo estaba ahí dispuesto a probar el producto para decirme si pasaba el control de calidad o no, lastimosamente este emprendimiento no funciono porque la escasez de efectivo nos imposibilitaba vender. Finalmente decidimos experimentar el trabajo en Internet y mi hijo se convirtió en mi asesor técnico oficial, desde instalarme programas de edición de vídeo en la computadora, hasta asesorarme en el grabado y montaje de los mismos.</div></div>
<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">After that we began to make and sell ice cream and milk candies, as always my son was there ready to test the product to tell me if it passed quality control or not, unfortunately this venture did not work because the shortage of cash made it impossible for us to sell. <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">En Hive ha sido un caso muy peculiar, ya que el trabajo se convirtió en un trabajo familiar, donde todos aportamos, incluso mi hijo, además disfrutamos de cada programa. Aunque al principio no fue fácil, ya nos hemos adaptado poco a poco a la rutina del trabajo en casa y el equilibrio con las otras actividades y por supuesto el descanso y el disfrute en familia, eso no puede faltar.</div></div>
