In Biology, Man naturally has a set of characteristics common to them all. These are what define man in the general term. But coming from that general perspective, there are things that are specific to each man either male or female. And these specific terms are what uniquely define such a person. This works the same way a name distinguishes everybody as well as the DNA. Some of these, if not all, have both sides of a coin such as good or bad; old or new; strength and weakness... etc. That is why no man is perfect.

For me, I am someone who studies a lot. Not just my environment or any other person, I do not exclude myself from that study. It is from these inferences that I draw out conclusion which can be applied in further occurrences. Looking in-depth, when I saw the topic, there were tons of things I felt were my strength or otherwise but I will write on what I deem fit for this context.

### Learning As A Strength

I will say one of my strengths is being able to learn fast on anything I wish to do especially when it is concerned with the fact that I have to teach others. In fact, it is in the teaching of my other colleagues that I gain more mastery of what I may have up there.  That is why in some other things that may not require teaching, I tend to make sure to share any opportunity that I find useful to those around me and I offer to help in any way I am capable.

In the same vein, anytime I am introduced to a new system or place, I am quite quick to scan through it and be able to detect the kind of atmosphere I am in. And this helps me to know how best to behave and relate to those there. Besides, I tend to do more of being quiet such that those around me would think that I am gentle. Not that I am stubborn but you know there is time for everything. So, it is in this meekness that I am able to do the scanning I mentioned above. 

My being quiet is not necessarily only for that but also an avenue for me to learn more in a situation when others are speaking. This is such that even if I knew nothing about the topic of discussion, I am sure before the end of that I am almost at an average level of knowledge.
 
### Trusting Easily 😌

My biggest weakness is the fact that I trust people a lot and quite easily. Anytime I meet a new fellow, irrespective of what I may have heard about that person, I will offer a blank card for them to fill themselves in. Most times, I have been disappointed by even people I have known for some time. Well, because of these I can not stop trusting people.. Right? 

Earlier on, I wrote about how I love to learn with the aim of teaching, which is best for me. But on the other side, there are some learnings that I grow tired of. I really do not like getting tired of that. Most times, it happens when I either can not find anyone to teach or tell it to. Or when the course synopsis seems bulky, especially those online courses. I know I have tons of online courses I have left unfinished. I know it is a bad habit. I know! But I am open to helping anytime any day.
