**How are you, As usual, I wish my dear friends a good evening. Our weather has changed and it is raining these days. Meanwhile, New Year's celebrations are being held everywhere. So, with all this, I thought that I should show you how to make a very delicious and tasty dish that you can prepare for this season using the art that I love. This is called 'Dodol'. The dodol I made today changed from the traditional method and was made from leftover rice. There is no difference in taste. Very tasty. Let's see how to make it.**

**Ingredients;**

* Two cups of leftover rice 
* Three cups of thick coconut milk 
* Twenty grams of dry raisins

* 1/4 cup of hot water 
* 250g of sugar 
* About four pods of ground cardamom

**The method of making;**

**First, cut the dry raisins into small pieces.**

**Then the rice blender should be made. For that, first put two cups of leftover rice to the blender.**

**Now add the blended mixture to a bowl and add the remaining coconut milk to it and stir well.**

**Now we have to spread oil well in the dodol making tray. I showed you a plastic tray for this, but in the end I had to use an aluminum tray for it. Because a hot mixture cannot be added to a plastic container.**

**Then add 1/4 cup of hot water.**

**Then add the blended coconut milk and rice mixture to this melted sugar Pan.**

**Now stir the mixture for about four minutes on normal flame and add one tablespoon of coconut oil.**

**After about eight minutes, add another a tablespoon of coconut oil.**

**Add cardamom.**

**Again add another a tablespoon of oil to it and stir well.**

**After about 12 minutes add chopped raisins. By now the mixture will become thick.**

**After about seventeen minutes while stirring on low flame, this mixture has reached the right consistency. Now remove this from the stove and spread it on a greased tray.**

**Now thin it to the right size.**
