Plus of course congratulating and encouraging fellow Hivians. https://i.imgur.com/Y7s1IxL.png <sbr> I'm still not sure how I will be tabulating my progress on my goals this year, so in the meantime this is what you are getting! ### UPDATE ON MY SATURDAY SAVERS CLUB GOALS ### My Primary Goal ~ Become an InLeo lion The main one is to become a Lion! This means having a Leo Power of 15,000. I started at 7.5k so that means doubling it. This means having a staked Leo bag of 15,000 tokens, this was roughly double what I started with which was 7528 LP and now I am 7882 LP. ### This week I had an 211 Leo Power increase. I do like to power up tokens on Hive, it does not matter what they are as it does show your commitment to staying and supporting our blockchain. Next week will the Leo Power Up Day on the 15th so I shall be powering up another 150 Leo to get to that Lion goal! https://i.imgur.com/xye7wlA.png ### Secondary Goal Saving 700 HBD I can't stress how much fun this is, especially if like me you are so not a saver! This year I intend to have a goal of 700 HBD. My reasons for choosing HBD as the currency is twofold: 1 In these turbulent time, putting savings into a stablecoin you know you are minimising your risk against market dips. One HBD will always be one dollar's worth of Hive, no matter what happens to the price of Hive. ### 2 Currently we receive ~~20%~~ 19% APR on our savings! Yes it is starting to trend downwards. 10 of the top twenty witnesses have 20% and the other 10 want it less, so the casting vote is with witness 21 hence we are at 19%. So far so good! ### In fact I am ever so slightly ahead! That will make Mrs T happy! I know from experience how hard it is doing the savings weekly especially later in the year, so if you can get a head start so to speak you have more chance of hitting that goal later on! To keep things interesting, I am saving this HBD in my (not so) secret account @tengogaming. By doing the penny savings challenge you will accumulate 671 of the token you are saving. If I don't make up mind by the end of February then I shall not report them! I have been trading tokens on Solana and Cosmos/IBC and just created an Airdrop Alpha community here on Hive. This week it is sitting at 7762. (+87). **This is 22 above my goal.** 2. **Alt account** (@tengolotodo.leo) HP growth from 911 to **2000 HP**, that is a growth of 1089 which is 21 HP per week. This week it is sitting at 1104 .
