<div class="text-justify">Una de las cosas más difíciles para las personas que padecen ansiedad descontrolada es la forma de como afrontarla cuando desconocen que este problema les aqueja y su vida está llena de altos y bajos emocionales, como las montañas rusas que suben y después son descenso tan violento que puedes hacer que estas sean llenas de un miedo cada día llenas de no saber qué pueda ocurrir, pero cada momento que se aprende, se conoce es un punto para cada uno de ellos.</div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">Las personas que sufren de ansiedad muchas veces no pueden ver donde están (me refiero a la situación emocional del momento) y no es culpa de ella, es culpa de ese bloqueo que se genera en su cerebro, ese bloqueo que no la deja respirar, no la deja seguir sin darse cuenta que es ella misma quien tiene el control, que tiene en sus manos y su mente la gran capacidad de frenar todo, solo con enfrentarse a su entorno, a su realidad, a su aquí y a su ahora.</div><P/>

La ansiedad es vastante difícil de sobrellevar, y es muy cierto uno tiende a sobrepensar las cosas a parte de venir acompañada en ocasiones de depresión. Es bastante difícil luchar contra ella, pero es un claro ejemplo de lo duro que es controlar la mente humana, las personas con ansiedad son unas guerreras ✨✨
