##### I dislike the banking system... I read a lot of life stories about the lives destroyed by the banks. I actively helped people who got into these difficult situations - signed petitions, helped morally and, if I could, financially. But this has always been something far... it did not concern me personally, until now...

##### More than 10 years ago, my mother divorced my father, and married again. Everything would be nothing, this is life, and different things happen. But she, along with her new husband, began to drink alcohol : (  Over time, it grew into alcoholism. Talks about the treatment did not help, moreover, leds to aggression, abuse and quarrels! In absolutely inadequate condition, my mother... or rather, what was left of her, at any time of the day and night called to all relatives and said some nonsense, confusing names... dates... events... We did not abandon attempts to save her, but it was all in vain!

##### My father in the meantime, found the woman he fell in love, and, of course, changed his phone number and went to another city. I do not blame him for anything! He barely recovered from the divorce... he was ready to live with my mother all his life! And in sorrow, and in joy... But she made her choice, leaving him broken and with nothing! He done everything he could and decided to live on, when he realized, that he was absolutely not needed to my mother.

##### What about me?

##### I lived in rented flats, when there was no money - I lived with friends. Yes, it was not easy! But when you are young and alone, you are responsible only for yourself. At some times I had three jobs that helped me to save money for something necessary, in some - not a one. I did not look far into the future, not having any definite plans for life...

##### But everything suddenly changed, when in 2010 I met my future wife... Her fate was not very different from mine. The same problems, the same permanent survival. Except for one fundamental fact - she had a little baby. At the moment when I saw this small factory for the production of faecal, I realized what I wanted from life, and what I should do! :) I do not want this child to grow up in poverty and homelessness!

##### In 2012-2013 our family did everything possible and impossible, to save an amount, equal to half the cost of a small flat. In fact, it's just one room. But you just imagine - OWN ROOM! For a large amount our resources was not enough. We worked almost constantly, everything that was considered excess was sold. There was only one option...

##### Despite all the "against", the decision was made!

##### We had a certain permanent income, it seemed, everything was calculated...

##### But in 2014 there was an economic crisis in Russia - the ruble collapsed! The times when nothing is defined and everything is difficult, have returned again. Prices for food have increased by two or two and a half times... But we survived it, we supported each other, calmed, did everything that is required of us!

##### Life has entered a certain rut... Our son learned that the fruit is delicious and he loves it :) We bought an old car - now we can go with the child to the sea, to nature. Life is getting better!

##### Too early you are dreaming, man!

##### "Hello" from my mother.

##### Let's return to the question of my mother... During this time, she did not give up alcohol. For all these years she and her husband have accumulated gigantic, colossal debts on bank loans. All this time they did not work. The only thing they have left - three-room apartment. All the rest of the property and a good car they sold, and money was spent on alcohol. Six banks filed lawsuits against them... But none of these banks cannot take their apartment - it is already under a pledge in another 2 or 3 banks.

##### But the question is not their property.Several of their loans are issued in the bank, where my wife and I registered a mortgage for our flat. We do not have other loans... we regularly pay debts... but the contract states that the bank has the right to demand payment of the entire amount of debt on the basis of loss of confidence in the borrower. And since my mother is my direct relative, and the bank having lost all hope of receiving money from her, they decided to get this money from me!

##### Everyday, for last two weeks, I am called, threatened, demanded to pay the debt of my mother... In "case of disobedience", I will be faced with the fact of paying all the debt on my mortgage. When you take a mortgage for 20 years, do not think about the fact that you will need to pay the entire amount in one month's time...

##### Paying off my mother's debt is not an option! Her debt is much greater.

##### Now I'm "in a limbo"... We earn wherever we can and yes, Steemit helped me a lot in this! But the remaining $8,000  is a huge sum! What to talk about? Monthly payments for communal and food are "stolen" from our budget about $500. 

##### To sue the bank? There is no money and time for this. And in any case, they will take my flat, and the court can drag on for years...

### <center>Avoid banks, loans, purchases on credit! In total, all what is connected with this rotten system! Everything related to banks, which seems like a good idea today, tomorrow can become a desperate and no-win situation!</center>
