### Dear, Steemit Education friends!

Do you ever share your ideas and your work to other teachers? If not, let's start sharing our ideas and works with other teachers wherever they are.

In my opinion, there are several ways you can do as a teacher to share your ideas and works with other teachers, including:

#### 1. Sharing your ideas and work about what you have done on social media.
Social media is the best place for you to share. You can write a quick idea on social media. See how responses from other users, especially fellow teachers. If you find a negative response, you can review the idea before you actually do it. Suppose you have an idea about facing lazy children in a strict discipline way. Perhaps not everyone agrees with your idea. So you can think of other ways that can be accepted by all parties.
#### 2. Sharing lesson plans that you will do on a blog.
If you have a lesson plan, you can share it on your personal blog (if you have one). This is very useful for other teachers, especially teachers who share the same field of study with you.
#### 3. Sharing videos about the methods you use in class.
You may have a good method of learning. You can record it and share it with others. Your method may be of great help to other teachers. There are many learning methods that can be found on Youtube. This is the best medium for you to share videos.

#### 4. Sharing tutorials (blog or video) related to teaching and learning process.
Tutorials are also helpful to other teachers who want to develop themselves. You can write a tutorial on how to create a personal blog or tutorial related to the subject matter. For example you can write a tutorial on how to solve a problem in mathematics.
#### 5. Sharing your students' works.
You can also share your student works in your personal social media account. This is an appreciation to your students, it can also motivate other teachers to do the same.
#### 6. Take an active role in teacher forums, both in the real world and online.
In teacher meetings, you can share your ideas about education in general or other ideas. Tell them your idea, for example you want to invite the teachers to write as often as possible. You can tell about the importance of writing for teachers. During this time, teachers in my area still consider the writing is hard work. But I doubt it, because they do not really want to write.
