Understanding players and team clause agreement when it comes to soccer
If you have been following up with soccer you should have known that when it comes to end of season, players can start processing their transfer movement. This is for those who wants to move from their current club only. It has to be on different basis, like the players that didn't renew their transfer agreement can decided to move when the time elapsed. Such players if they are moving the club do not own any dine from their sales. Sometimes their sales are not that big. I have taken note of this for different free transfer players. If any body have anything contrary to say, they can correct me on this. My assumption is drawn base on few players that I have seen departed their team on a free transfers basis. This is why I am opened to correction. Yours should be backed with some proof too.

On the other hand we have players who does not depart on free transfer too. Such players when they are departing they are some percentage that the club takes from their money. This is base on the contract clause that they are signed to. For more clarity take for example, if you signed a contract that says that you will depart the club in a period of five (5) years and the amount is $100,000. This simply means that the clause will have a total amount just like what I stated above. That total amount needs to be triggered before such player can depart such team. If this clause is not met the club will never sell, this is the more reason you have to have wider knowledge of what contract clause is before you signed that document. This will not allows you not to regret when the time comes. Getting lawyer to help with this is the simplest and easy way to go.

So if the clause is being met by any team, negotiation will goes smoothly. With that the club will have their percentage from the sales and you will have your own share also. The free transfer at times is the best as you earned all tokens to yourself. As per the non free transfer, it happens if a player signed five (5) years duration but deep along the line he became tired and frustrated with what the team is doing and he decided to make a move or sometimes deep a long the line a good team makes an offers for his services. As we have it, he wants to makes a move base on the good team that bid for his services. We all knows this happens all the time, who doesn't loves good team that has the potentials of winning trophies.

The primary aim of playing football is to simply makes money and win trophies deep along the line. If a player is not making that he will find every means and opportunities that will grant him the opportunities to depart the team. Just like what I hinted above, the reason for such way is to ensure that he is able to depart for a team where he will be able to makes good amount of money while winning trophies deep along the line. I have seen players who added their hard earned money in other for their clause to be met so that they can depart to a very good team that they knows is bidding after them. They knows that when they got to that team they will be able to wins good trophies and also makes good money deep along the line. Just imagine playing for the best team in the world, team likes Manchester city, Real Madrid, Liverpool fc, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint German, Barcelona fc, Chelsea fc etc.

Now take for instance if your release clause says five (5) years and after two (2) years of playing for the team you discover that good team is bidding after you, your current team can frustrate you with the clause duration and also the clause fee. Just like what I hinted above, many players will go extra miles using their hard earned money to meet up with the clause fee and with that they can force their way out of the team irrespective of not meeting up with the clause duration which they signed. I have seen a lot of players putting on this stunt and they end up succeeding deep along the line. I remembered that Ces Fabrigas did this with Arsenal fc some years back. He succeeded in doing this as he move to Barcelona fc. The grace he had was that he won good trophies with the Barcelona fc team. This is amazing I must admit.

In my opinion players have too much power in regards to their contracts. If they want to change club, they just boycott the practice and the club does not get their side of their contract fullfilled. There were a lot of cases like this in the past.

On the other hand the clubs are also not the holiest parties in this game of money. Very sad that the pure romance is slowly fading away :/
