 ¡Hola, querida comunidad de Hive! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia realmente única que viví recientemente: mi primer día como modelo para Arepa Candela. Como mencioné en publicaciones anteriores, este lugar se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos gracias a una recomendación de unos primos de mi novio. Desde que probamos sus deliciosas arepas de cochino, no hemos podido resistir la tentación de regresar y llevar a otros familiares para que también disfruten de su increíble comida y el lugar tan agradable. >Hello, dear Hive community! Today I want to share with you a really unique experience I had recently: my first day as a model for Arepa Candela. As I mentioned in previous posts, this place has become one of my favorites thanks to a recommendation from some cousins of my boyfriend. Ever since we tried their delicious pork arepas, we have not been able to resist the temptation to come back and take other family members to enjoy their amazing food and the nice place.   La historia comenzó cuando decidí enviarles un mensaje para felicitarlos por su local. En mi mensaje, también incluí una crítica constructiva sobre un mojito que servían, que aunque estaba bueno, pensé que podría mejorar. Para mi sorpresa, respondieron con mucho cariño y agradecimiento, destacando que valoraban la opinión de sus clientes. Esto me hizo sentir aún más conectada con ellos. >The story began when I decided to send them a message to congratulate them on their place. In my message, I also included a constructive criticism about a mojito they served, which although it was good, I thought it could be improved. To my surprise, they responded with much love and appreciation, emphasizing that they valued their customers' opinions. This made me feel even more connected to them.    Días después, recibí un mensaje inesperado de la marca. Me preguntaron si estaba interesada en ser su imagen. No podía creerlo. Me sentí honrada y emocionada, ya que realmente me identifico con su propuesta y su atención al cliente. Acepté de inmediato y comenzamos a coordinar una pauta para hacer algunos videos promocionales para las festividades navideñas. >Days later, I received an unexpected message from the brand. They asked me if I was interested in being their image. I couldn't believe it. I felt honored and excited, since I really identify with their proposal and their customer service. I accepted immediately and we began to coordinate a schedule to make some promotional videos for the Christmas holidays.       El día de la grabación, llegué al local llena de expectativas. Mientras esperaba al productor, disfruté de una deliciosa arepa y conversé con mi novio. La atmósfera era relajada y acogedora; no podía pedir un mejor lugar para vivir esta experiencia. Cuando llegó el momento de trabajar, todo fluyó de manera bastante espontánea. Las ideas surgían con naturalidad, y pronto me di cuenta de que estaba en un ambiente donde todos estaban entusiasmados de hacer algo creativo juntos. >On the day of the shoot, I arrived at the location full of expectations. While waiting for the producer, I enjoyed a delicious arepa and chatted with my boyfriend. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy; I couldn't ask for a better place to live this experience. When it was time to work, everything flowed quite spontaneously. Ideas came naturally, and I soon realized that I was in an environment where everyone was excited to do something creative together.    Al principio, debo admitir que sentí un poco de inseguridad y timidez. Nunca antes había estado frente a una cámara de esta manera, pero a medida que íbamos realizando las tomas y conversando, me fui soltando. La experiencia fue increíblemente agradable y me sentí como en casa. Cada toma se convertía en un momento divertido y memorable. >At first, I must admit that I felt a little insecure and shy. I had never been in front of a camera like this before, but as we were shooting and talking, I loosened up. The experience was incredibly enjoyable and I felt right at home. Every shot became a fun and memorable moment. Fue un recordatorio de que a veces, las oportunidades llegan de formas inesperadas, y que siempre vale la pena compartir nuestras experiencias y opiniones. >I am deeply grateful for this opportunity that God gave me, and especially for having met Arepa Candela thanks to my boyfriend's cousins.
