Ok, so after a month or more I've finally returned to Steemit and now it looks all different and stuff, I don't know how to feel about this. 

Anyway, to explain my absence it all started when I came down with some sort of cold or flu followed up by a possible chest infection or something, and for about two weeks I had no urge to think and posting here usually requires me to think. After a while I started to feel better and was trying to think of possible posts I could write... and that's when the internet went down. Today is the first day I've had internet in about two and a half weeks because some idiot down the road decided she wanted to cut the trees down around the edge of her farm and whatever idiots she hired to do the job somehow managed to break the phone line which took the phone company until now to fix. 

It wasn't all bad though, when I was sick and feeling like shit I managed to learn how to datamosh (see gif below), which is something I've wanted to learn for years but was just too lazy, I guess. And during the last two and a half weeks without internet I managed to read six books, three of which I had bought years ago but never got around to reading. So, yeah, that was alright.

And now that I'm back to normal health and have internet access I'm going to start posting somewhat regularly again. I'm going to try do some more photography posts, also I'm going to try my hand at some tobacco reviews since I bought some nice blends recently. I might have some instrumental guitar to post to Dsound too, and if I can figure out how to make some decent datamosh videos I guess I'll have to start posting to Dtube too.

Anyway, enough about me, how are you guys? What's been happening since I've been gone? What have I missed? I hope all is well with everyone out there in Steemit land.
