## IT'S TIME FOR SOME EXERCISE!
Please, in the comment section below, post a video doing the exercise according to the levels listed below (following the [Eniquette](https://sites.google.com/view/enexercisenetwork/eniquette) guidelines for basic format compliance) so that you won't get automatically skipped over for upvotes for non-compliance by your peers. Respond with comments/upvotes for the community, too and be encouraging!

Please be reminded to use (and get used to using) the starting/finishing validation/passphrase for your posts. They are a deterrent against those who would not create original video content (Spam). The completion of a level should be in one video take. You can have fails and retries, but the upload that completes the level will be a video submission that does not pause. At best it won't have you go off-screen, but it happens sometimes and will be considered subjectively by your peers.
