This is for you my lovely ladies. Women get the right to vote! But what the shit kind of way is it to say 'Women's Suffrage'? According to the 19th amendment to the Constitution of the United States, "...right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex..." - why is that even in the Constitution? 

Do not Civil Rights, duties and liberties apply to every man and woman regardless of their sex and background? What about all the other sexual identities these days? If I was a state senator or representative, (and female, assuredly) I would push to have this amendment stricken from the Constitution (along with a few other sexist and racist ones). What do you think ladies, does it belittle you to know that the only reason you can vote is because some white supremist males say you can?

Behind every successful man is his wife. 

It is when the man forgets the fact that there is a woman taking care of him so he can go do what he wants/needs that the man's life will start going down the toilet.

I am old enough to know for a fact this is a man's world. How, as a woman, you deal with this information will either make you happy or miserable. 

I enjoy being a woman but when it came to working with men I earned their respect based on my work. They in turn treated me like gold. The really bad jokes were saved for when I was out of the room but the semi-bad jokes I did not have a problem with because I worked in a room full of men and men will be men.....you are not going to change them. so either find a different job that pays less or become one of the few women that they respect.

As to women fighting for the vote and winning.........It was time. The rest @thekittygirl covered very well.

But never think women did not find a way to have their voices heard on who their husbands should be voting for........

I would prefer to walk with one hand in hand, but, you know 😁 Men are lewd, no doubt, and I'm probably as perverted as they get HA! In today's world as it seems to be changing, it might not be a wife. It might not even be a woman at all. It might not even be a successful man, but a woman, with a transvestite woman behind her. Identities and all that. I just think that to move forward, we have to actually move forward, instead of remain in the past. Maybe I'm too neophilosphical in this sense, as I know it isn't a mainstream thought, but I can feel it (like what I replied to Kitty) coming closer. My gut isn't usually wrong 🤗

All men created equal to me meant everyone in the human race.......

I do not care what pronoun someone is or how they decide to have sex. I do not want to know how and with whom you/they find joy.........because it is that person's CHOICE. It is not that it offends me, it is a private thing and none of my business.

 So for me, if we need to change anything just make the word"Human" instead of "man" and that covers everything.

<div class="text-justify">It isn't belittling to women, but rather serves as a testament to the belittled minds of many men prior to the ratification of the <b>19th Amendment</b>. Sadly, many men are still of the same pathetic, closed-minded attitude today. That amendment is akin to a badge of honor for women, and a stark reminder of how we are <u>not</u> a country that espouses <em>"liberty and justice for all"</em>&nbsp;&mdash; we are still struggling to realize that vision today. 😞</div>

Exactly my point. By keeping things like that in there, it just says that we haven't really moved on. This includes things like the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments too. I'm not saying forget, hell, celebrate it as a massive victory and let it have its place in history. What I am saying, is that for liberty and justice for all to take effect, we all have to 'be on the same page'. Remember when Jesus came along and completely flipped the 'eye for an eye' from the Old Testament and the New Testament was born? This would be similar in fashion. Respect the old, but usher in the new.
