Its one of the biggest gems of the crypto sphere. Its a way to make it so a coin is pegged at a certain value. Then you just accumulate it at or below a dollar. And every once in awhile a pump and dump will show up out of the blue and the coin goes 400%.

Zero risk for holding the coin, and a high chance of suddenly winning the lottery :X
