### Hello All Dear Steemit Friends,

So friends it's been almost Two weeks since I started my [Discord Server :- Steemit Friends](https://discord.gg/vTKvaEq) to help more steemians to grow here with my Upvotes and in these two Weeks we got 35+ members on our group with some big steemians also like :- @surpassinggoogle and @ausbitbank and others and iam really thankful for all of these to join my server and to help others to grow here,


Basically the biggest strugglof a Steemian is to get a few cents on his/her ppsts on which he spent more then 2-3 hours to frame and in collecting data for that post and at the end when they post their post they got nothing, not even a word of appreciation from any fellow steemians because people love to see a post on which they see few cents and dollars and no one cares about a post with "$0.00" sign,


So because of this i decided to start this awesome community where everyone got a chance to show their work to others and get rewarded for their hardwork because i don't want that any more quality content goes with $0.00 sign again and that's why i almost stopped self-upvoting from last 15 days as you can see the charts below :-

So as you can see my current self-upvoting is only **"3%"** that is almost nill as compared to my previous self-upvoting and iam all this to give more upvotes to those who need it more then me and because of this i decided to ask for some Delegation from this kind and wonderful community Because it's doesn't matter how much you can Delegate, all that matters is that you are helping more people with your small Delegation,


And the best thing is iam going to give curaton rewards also to our Delegators each week according to their Delegated steempower so it's a good opportunity for all of you if you want to help others and get rewarded for that also,
